You made it! Congratulations! Whether you reached your goals, or you're still chasing them, you completed five weeks of showing up for yourself!

Here's our final set of questions to reflect on:

  1. How are you feeling about your wellness journey right now? (1-10 if you'd like!)
  2. Let's celebrate the big wins. What is the one thing you’re most proud of from the last 5 weeks?
  3. What is the most important thing you learned about yourself over the last month?

I will be PMing each of you a post-session form to fill out, which will also give you the option to choose whether or not you want to marathon another cycle! We start fresh next Monday. 💪

It's been a privilege and a joy being part of your wellness & accountability journey!

@Heather225 like a 8, I have to keep trying to use the tools I learn especially when I'm most down and not fall in bad habits which I still use but at least now I have something to grab on. I don't feel like I'm stuck in a dark pit anymore.

The most important is that with all our problems I feel like we in the group have an understanding of the world that is more open and current. The worst is to feel like nobody gets you, that you find only walls limited in views. I'm so happy to have got to know you guys!!!

For the entire 5 weeks? 9/10

It's higher than my average of each week, but I had consistently high numbers which bumps up my overall rating.

Big win: In my day to day life I don't think of myself as being injured anymore. I'm still a little careful with exercises and weight placement plus am still doing the PT. Throughout the day things are pretty much normal, I can open things, bring in boxes, etc.

I'm still surprised with how smoothly recovery is going. I've had to regain strength before after surgery and other medical procedures. I guess a normal injury doesn't set my body back in the same way or certain health issues that have since improved were limiting me more previously than I was aware of.

I'm feeling 9/10

2. Let's celebrate the big wins. What is the one thing you’re most proud of from the last 5 weeks?

Yoga and meditation, soothing meditation and nature. Okay, I listed 3 things haha.

3. What is the most important thing you learned about yourself over the last month?

I think it's okay to feel our emotions even though I feel isolated sometimes. I found an inspiring art and it helped me feel comfortable with myself.

How are you feeling about your wellness journey right now? (1-10 if you'd like!)
right know after this week we had about a 6  as it been a struggle this week we been feeling alone but think that somehow a friend we not seen for over a month know yes know many not believe in God but we truly feel this was a God thing as she  texted friday and later  we went out with her got pizza and had it at her home we trust her deeply   amazing in away as until we moved met her we real would not trust anyone offline  much not even the case-mangers and therapists we had   after we moved slowly we started trusting her she still not know we DID but does know we have mental illness

Let's celebrate the big wins. What is the one thing you’re most proud of from the last 5 weeks?
that we did not run from the group  and was able to open up more about the deeper things we found that others in group  also could relate to it and understood  us  so that made it better for us by far also some changes we made even if small in eating healthy  also in eating more often

What is the most important thing you learned about yourself over the last month?
that we not alone that that belief came from our trauma  that others can relate to us if  we reach out  give them a chance too  we learned that we still have some trust issues and it depends on mood we in and what self talk we use  as at times we still say things like they not care or we can not trust them as they not get it  but we when do allow others in deeper trust them most will listen and many can relate too  trauma  is why we have them ways  of thinking but that can get better too

do want to keep going in next round
