Hello team,

I hope you all are doing well and safe. First of all, I am sorry for not being proactive in communication with you all. I am sorry if I missed a message or a chance to provide support to you. Second, thank you for being a leader. Thanks to you all for your remarkable work!!

I wanted to do a quick check-in with you and know what is going on in your world. What is going well, what is going not okay and how can I help you all? Also, how can we communicate effectively as a team and brainstorm any problems or challenges to solve them?

How can I help and support you all better? Please feel free to let me know.

@ASilentObserver thanks for your support when needed. Fifty plus is doing 4 discussions and 2 open chats per week so in many ways we are maxing out. But good to have discussions.

It seems like not getting many applications for leadership so trying to find posters in the subcom to reach out to.

@ASilentObserver

Disability team is doing a great job. Discussions happen regurarly and I know the community in good hands with everyone involved. We also have people who write more discussions for us.

It would be great to see more people joining on helping out on the forum side. :)

I am sorry you feel that way. I try to keep the feeling of working together and joy alive in 50+ by keeping in touch by PMs with team mates. Even a few people working close together can be good. I think we just need to find one or two people that feel the joy as we do or the commitment to work together.

Feel free to PM me if you want to discuss this about your area. https://www.7cups.com/@soulsings
