@ListeningOak you read over this forum post to make sure that you meet all the criteria, and there will be a link to take you to a document you have to review before you get started! You'll then take a test/quiz/training that is linked on that document, and if you get enough of the questions correct, you'll be contacted for a training session. If you pass that, then you'll become a mod! Hope this helps Best of luck!
@plantkissed hey Plant I have been awa from 7 cups of tea for a while due to being busy in my everyday life because of that I lost my group mod badge and peer support badge and depression/anxiety support badges as well as the compassion room support badge. How do I get them back:)?
@peacefulSoul8 hi there, lovely, and welcome back!! Not too long ago I went through the same thing, after returning from a longer break <3 Unfortunately, to get your badges back, you'll have to reapply for those positions and go through trainings again. It may take a bit of time, but I found it was nice to have a refresher after being gone for so long! ^u^ Hope this helps, and have a lovely week!
