Relationship Support - Temporary Badge Lock
Hey everyone!
This is just a quick note to give you a heads up that Relationship Support (adult) is currently badge locked. You will need to have any of the following badges to access:
Supportive Smile, Friendly Face, Helping Hand, Wise One
The room was badge-locked due to numerous complaints and reports of problems in this room. Our hope is that this need not be a permanent solution and that we'll be able to unlock the room once it is more settled.

Is this for the adult side? :o because it only opens for sessions on the teen side..or is it badge locked during sessions?

It should be for all sides because last badge locks affected both from what I am aware of. So, yes, it should be badge locked for discussions. I believe they would have specified if it was only affecting Adults.

Darn I really liked using this room and it felt like the most appropriate room for the types of things I want to discuss. What can I do to get a required badge?

Just keep chatting in the rooms and you get them.

You can earn it when you earn at least the Supportive Smile badge. To earn it, you must have 50 group chats and 150 compassion hearts 
For the other badges, the needed quantities increase
I think this is a great idea. Sad that it had to be done though but I'm glad that administration looked into the problems that were taking place. I have a lot of respect for those in charge of making the tough calls.
Ah ha...makes sense! There have been people coming into the other rooms asking about the room, and I was saying I still had it in my list...so wasn't sure why they were unable to see it. This explains it. 
Hopefully things settle down and the room can be opened for all again.

Supportive Smile: 50 group chats (1,250 messages sent in the group chatrooms) and 150 compassion hearts (others hearting your comments)
Friendly Face: 100 group chats (2,500 messages) and 300 compassion hearts
Helping Hand: 200 group chats (5,000 messages) and 600 compassion hearts
Wise One: 500 group chats (12,500 messages) and 1,500 compassion hearts

thanks for that, I was told about the room by a listener then couldnt find it, lol I thought I was being a ditz, now I know why, thanks. But it concerns me a little that this was needed to be done :( althoughI understand you have taken steps to stamp it out.

Some naughty people were making new member accounts to enter the room after being muted or banned. But I imagine they will simply go into another room and continually do the same thing.

No. However, as long as you continue to be active in the chats, you can regain access shortly

I take it the relationship group chat is still locked to newbies, does the group chimer badge still unlock it (and does that require hearts or just the messages)? If not, which badge would it be? Also, time-wise how long might it take to gain access if one may be kind enough to approximate?
