Upcoming Discussions--Chatroom Moderator ( Outdated)
Hello everyone!!
We're excited to get the ball rolling on these discussions about room moderation and the best practice to moderate the chat room to ensure a supportive environment. Attendance at one of these discussions is mandatory to become a chat room moderator.
You can find out more about the requirements to become a chat room moderator here. You will need to be present for the entire training and participate actively. Please feel free to contact any of the discussion leaders below with questions or to discuss an inability to attend any of the listed times:

Training for Adult Listeners who want to be Chatroom Moderator (held in the Listener Discussion Room) will need to fill in a poll so it could be RSVP; opens 5-10 minutes before training begins).
The next training for becoming Chatroom Moderator will be on
Friday 8.00 AM ET by @BouncyVoice4149 on February 19, 2021
It could take 60- 90 minutes to complete depending on the class size. Must be there for the entire training to get credit for completing the training. Please aim to fill in the poll 2 days before your chosen date/time so I know who all are attending the training.

Can I do the training before applying and before reaching the 2 week Room supporter requirement for the Mod application?

Are the trainning time normal at 8 am easten times. Are they later times? 8 am is too early for my time zone
Right now they are doing the mod training in a form not a live Discussion any more
