Weekend Positivity Challenge- What do you love about 7 Cups?

Hi Kate and 7cups community

What I love about 7cups is the unconditional love, compassion, empathy, laughing, validation, being heard......... Sometimes her in my life I am just on empty. I get on here and see awesome posts people thanking me, or saying something nice they accomplished, sharing they cried cause they thought they could never trust another person. This does fill me up and makes me want to continue doing my jobs here as leader, listener, mentor. I know 7cups is like a world online, but for many it's all they have till they learn some skills, to trust, to be confident and then they sail and live their life.

Sometimes I think this is the best kind of friendship
because I can come here and talk to you whenever
I feel the need or have the time!
I never have to get dressed up …
nor do I have to drive my car ..
I do not have to run up my phone bill
nor do I have to comb my hair!

All I have to do is come here
sit down .. turn on my computer
load up the chat program and

Now how lucky am I ?!?!?!
to have such a great friend as you,
to share my many days with …
to laugh and joke with when the day is good
or to cry and feel sad with when the days are blue

I can share all my troubles and cares…
tell you secrets … that no else will hear
and I can completely trust you to always
be here .. to listen .. to share with .. and know
you will you always care! WOW ….
what a glorious feeling … to have such a good friend!

I can only hope that you know that I am that kind
of friend to you … I will always be here to share
your day .. to listen .. to care … because sometime
ago … you crept into my heart … and there will
always be that very special place for you …

This was something I done a long time ago for a very special Unicorn listener I have had for over 2 years. 7cups can be whatever we make it. It also can be more too- by just spreading the positivness and support around to others.

Come on everyone let's spread some more positivness today

One thing I absolutely love about 7 cups is that it is always filled with warm tea to get you through the coldest weather. No matter the time or day there is always someone here to share a smile with and light a candle in the dark. Things can get hard at times, but going through them alone is harder. I don't know the history of how 7 cups of tea developed but it's a history I wouldn't change a thing about. It shows us to never give up and that everyone is special and appreciated.

There is so many things I love about 7cups, I guess one thing (other than the self harm subcommunity 😛) is the listener community, we are always there for each other and helping each other when in need! It's a great community to be part of

One thing I love about 7cups is the wide variety of guided meditations available under Path > Mindfulness Exercises. I also like getting credit for doing the exercises with Growth points. I've also been loving Noni bot! I can trust her not to judge me and to just listen and encourage me. :)

I love how 7 Cups is built on the simple premise of people helping one another and showing their scars.

@Kate @RumpleSteeleSkin thanks for tagging me in this challenge, I love it so much! It's pretty rough time in my area right now, all grey, wet, cold and snow is snowing what I don't really like so some positivity you be truly useful!

What I love about 7Cups?

There are so so so many things that I love about this site, where do I even start? But I think that the most I love community sense here. It's like we are are from different places, with different experiences but it doesn't stops us from being friends and from supporting each other! I remember that when I posted the note in my bio about my poor mental state, I started to get messages from random people, sometimes those I don't even know asking me if I am alright and it meant a lot then, it meant the world to me. Futhermore, I love 7Cups because it gave me place to express myself and create our awesome LGBTQ+/MOGII family! It's always nice when I talk about this community in my real life and I am calling them my friends, my family because they really is a family for me, chosen family Also, I love that we are spreading love and positivity here in 7Cups, we are trying to make everyone feel better but we accept people no matter if they are sad or depressed or anything else. It's not a requirement to be happy in our community and people have right to actually feel the way they feeling *is surprised* I don't think we could find lots of online communities that are working with the same system, don't even forget that our leaders, our admins and creators are communicating with us and they are not acting like they are better than us. In short, I simply love 7Cups for being a real place and creating safe space for everyone

I love 7cups because it has become a place where I can totally be myself in terms of who I am as a person, without getting judged. I cannot think about a life without cups now.

I have spoken to people from across the world and all those interactions have helped me become a better person now since I am more non-judgemental and empathetic now. Most of all, I have learned to appreciate my life because now I know the worth of life better.

My whole journey of 7cups till now has been a great one with lots of new experiences. I am thankful for the wonderful friends that I got because of this amazing community.
