Introduction: Awesome Moderator of the Month Award

Hi everyone, I am excited to announce the Awesome Moderator of the Month Award. The credit for the idea goes to the teen members for thinking about ways to appreciate and show their gratitude to the moderators for their efforts.

How will it work?

A nomination form will be rolled out at the last week of every month. The form will have the name of all the community moderators and chat room moderators and a rating scale on different parameters like support, communication, safety, conversation, guidance, resources, etc. And, the moderator who will receive the highest points (total of the ratings) will be named as Awesome Moderator of the Month.

To fill the nomination for more than one moderator, one user can submit the form more than once. One submission per member for each moderator will be accepted.

Once the scoring is done, the name of the moderator who bagged the award will be announced in the community.
