Introduction: Submit the Chatroom Scenario Form

Hello everyone, I hope you are doing well.

I am glad to introduce the Share the Scenario form <----- Clickable) for the room supporters and chat room moderators.

If as a room supporter/chat room moderator, you face a scenario in the chatroom and you feel confused or stuck on how to handle the situation. OR, what’s the protocol to handle a specific scenario in the chatroom. Then, you can submit the scenario through this form.

We will be using your shared scenarios to create a “Group Support Protocols Guide” and shared with all the new and existing room supporters and chat room moderators. So, all be aware of how to handle a specific scenario so all be consistent with following guidelines to manage the situation.

We will be updating the guide on a biweekly and monthly basis.
