New Updates and Sign-Up Sheet for SC Hosts - Information to Community Moderators and SC Hosts

Hello there Everyone! Hope all of you are doing well.

There were some major updates made by our Community Manager @ASilentObserver. You can check the details about the updates from HERE and details about the new Teen Sharing Circle timings from HERE.

⭐ From today (21st June) onwards, there will be some significant changes:
1. Small Steps towards Healthy Habits sessions will be stopped.
2. A New Mega Sharing Circle Hosts Sheet will be followed.

Information to Sharing Circle Hosts:
1. Please sign-up for your slots for the new Mega Sharing Circle as soon as possible from HERE.
2. Any Assigned/Committed Host who does not fill a single slot within three weeks will be considered "inactive" and removed from Committed Hosting.
3. Please inform me, or @bookworm274, or @hopebeyondpain after filling up your slot by replacing "co-host needed" with your 7 Cups username so the leaders could finalize your chosen slots.
4. You must not remove other's names, you can only replace "co-host needed" with your 7 Cups username.
5. You cannot change your chosen slots every time, so please choose your slots wisely. Before changing slots, please remember to ask any leader before changing the slot, we need to check some things before permitting you to change.
6. We are now encouraging Member-Powered Hosting in place of On-Spot hosting. In this, an On-Spot host won't be required, but members and listeners present in the room could themselves host the session together. Please check the details of Member-Powered Hosting from ~~HERE~~.

Information to Community Moderators:
1. HERE is a new schedule of Mega Sharing Circles to be followed from today onwards.
2. Please check the "Final Schedule" tab in the spreadsheet as that contains those slots which are finalized by leaders.
3. Please encourage the members and listeners present in the room to follow Member-Powered Hosting in place of On-Spot hosting and send ~~THIS~~ document to them to understand how to follow Member-Powered Hosting.
