Reply to this thread with helpful reminders that someone may need after a hard day
Here's mines:
Be gentle with yourself and trust your inner voice, strength, and resilience to overcome.
@CheeryMango
Either if you think you can or can not, you're right. Life and the universe only send us difficulties that we can manage with all currently resources but it's up to me whether I overcome them or let them overcome me
@CheeryMango Remember that no matter how hard it gets for you; this too shall pass. It's a good mantra to say when things are going the wrong way for anyone.
@CheeryMango
Be yourself and don't look behind you, confident, and move on.
@CheeryMango
Try stepping back from it when you can. Just try to get a moment to wash the figurative bad taste out. Imagine that your mind is your bedroom, and the walls are covered in stressors like posters. Tear some of those downs and put something of your own up. Maybe something new you didn't have before. There's so much more to you, you just need to be able to see it.
You should be proud of yourself, it was a rough day but you made it and now you can take care of your needs and do something to de-stress and have fun ❤️

Reminder for anyone who is going through a bad day: I am proud of you for being here, for fighting, for being yourself... even when no one realizes it, you keep moving forward, and I think that's amazing. You are amazing✨

Mine would be-
It's ok, you can do this since you are so strong and brave and you've come so far. And anytime you are scared or tired, a reminder that help is there and reaching out for support when you need it is incredibly brave
Be gentle with yourself and your thoughts
@CheeryMango, Rest now. You've already done your battles for today. It is your time to rest.
everything is temporary, so try to make every day count :)
not every day needs to be a good day sometimes a day just needs to be a day and that's okay
