Process and challenges, are you willing to face them to achieve your goals?

How many times we ask for things, set goals and don't realize that it's necessary to be open to the ups and downs of the process?
When we have the desire to have or be something – to be more patient, for example – we will not be patient overnight. We will have opportunities to develop our patience, and these opportunities certainly come with challenging situations, after all, nobody develops patience living in peace, right?
We need to experience chaos to know what calm is. Experience sadness to know joy.
Therefore, our development takes place through the inconstancy of life.
It is common to hear the phrase “I would like to win the lottery”, and the person does not even buy a ticket. We are so used to complaining about our current situation and imagining the ideal scenario, that we do not go out of the way to realize what our responsibilities are in the face of situations. We're stuck in our cute, warm comfort zone. Too comfortable to change, but still energetic enough to complain.
And what to do to get out of this cycle that is always repeated? Creating situational awareness and having an honest conversation with ourselves is the first step.
Make a list of the things that bother you, the things you want and then make another list of what you need to do to make it happen. And ask yourself:
Am I willing to face the challenges of the process to reach the goal?
As long as we focus only on the tip of the iceberg, the end results and ignore the journey, we will continue to go around in circles. Define the goals, define how to reach them and also think about all the obstacles and challenges you will face along the way. All odds.
Did you choose to have a healthier lifestyle, eat better? Unless you decide to stay indoors only, you will face several situations that will seduce you to get out of focus. Think about them, define strategies – am I willing to give up certain choices, certain social standards, to reach the goal I defined?
Or, you have a dream of taking a trip, and in our exercise of defining the “how”, you have drawn up a financial strategy, where you will not accomplish some things or buy some superfluous items, to save for your trip. Likewise, along the way, we will have situations inviting us to step out of planning – am I willing to say no, and give up other choices in favor of my greater goal?
Let's do this exercise with our goals, dreams, requests.
Let's keep in mind that everything we want brings the trajectory with it. You can't build a castle without plumbing it first.
In the end, it's not the goals we should choose – it's the “pains” we want to go through. If you're not willing to go through the pain of the process, you're not willing to get what you want.

Sometimes easier said than done in some instances.... everything isn't always black and white, there are some shades of gray in between. But its certainly information to think about and chew on for sure.

My anxiety and sadness has always been about my appearance. I had very thin and uneven lips. Everyone laughed at me. Then I found out about Botox treatment and got a nice chubby lip. Life was better, I got a medical degree, got married. Now I've passed botox training ukand now I'm getting Botox too. I like creating beauty and making people happy. My clients smile when they look in the mirror. Thanks to the professionals who taught me.
