Towards Better Mental Health
Hello all you good friends and neighbours!
I'm sure you are fully aware how good eating well and regular exercise is for your body and your mind ... right?
Let's take a closer look at how we can assist each other with some critical observations which may help us reduce the consumption of mind pollutionts we are exposed to every day.
What are some of these pollutants, you may ask? They all have to do with reducing your mental capacity of understanding the very process of critical thought formation which helps you grasp what your feelings are telling you so you can knowingly and understandable respond and interpret them in the best possible way ... in simple terms, shaping your thinking so you actually become more aware and can take greater resposibility for how you think, and what changes you may like to do to your thought processes to ask better questions, have a better grasp on reality and its limitatios, be less confused by visual interferances ... and in general terms, be a more rational person less exposed to potential mental neglect of your own intelectual resources with a greater focus on your daily opportunities of peronal growth and mental development.
I guess you can call it an exercise in critical self-reflection and mental discovery to take an honest inventory of your intellectual potential you may like to get enthusiastic to build on more actively ... especially once you discover the pleasure of pleasing your own mind ... :)

Quite thought-provoking, thank you for sharing! 😊
@Sunisshiningandsoareyou
LOL - thanks!
So what are a few ideas you may like to contribute to stimmulate an active discussion among the members here about our own opportunities for mental development and intellectual growth? ... :)
I find 7cups is way too digital and has not enough free, open, honest, analytical discussions providing for original, personal insights and discoveries ...
Do you agree? If yes, what can we do about it? :)
@RedStar01
Hi.
Well - you've seen me already saying at the "religious sites" that these things are big things in many persons life and it must be possible to discuss openly, as the guidelines say. But I experience that there can be moderators who don't like fresh discussions and put a lit on the conversation.
@Helgafy
Yes, sure ... you are right, Helga!
There are a few things mature minds will find good topics for discussion. The system restrictions and the mechanical rules are among the top of the list for discussion of change to make it more intellectually stimulating ... but there are a few more, from my point of view ... lol
Thanks so much! <3
@Sunisshiningandsoareyou
I'd like to invite a few more to consider my invitation to be part of this project as described and post their ideas and experiences ... lol

How about we all try to be a bit more thought provoking more often to see if developing better thinking and communication skills will help bring about greater mental health by letting us understand more about the difference between the free and creative way of thinking which takes us towards the light and the confined and conformed thought which keeps us in the dark?
