@SunShineAlwaysGratefulI  here is an example of one of mine "I feel disrespected when you say disparaging things about my community. Please avoid that type of behavior around me. If you cannot I will leave this environment and stop talking with you, to protect my mental wellbeing."

@SunShineAlwaysGrateful One thing I am proud of is not being afraid to tell family and friends that I no longer celebrate holidays at all. Owning up to it and voicing it is my way of establishing boundaries. I'm so glad I do because it definitely eases the pain on my pockets and cuts back on stressors.

❤️ I'll allow myself to take a break and enjoy time with my loved ones without feeling guilty about productivity, I'll avoid people that are bad for me, I'll eat shamelessly, I'll forgive myself if I don't fulfill my goals and I'll try to be kind to myself. ❤️
