💪🏼 What are you favorite strength activities that you enjoy?… I love Strength training. It’s so important for so many reasons. As a Fitness instructor & as participant I like (and have taught) a variety of of Strength activities. A few of my favorites are Bootcamp (where we’ve done a lot more training using our own bodies by incorporating Planks, Push-ups, etc…. It’s a very quick way to get fit fast. But I also love instructing ZUMBA Toning. It’s a fun way to incorporate “both” Light weights (or Zumba shakers) along with dancing & cardio, while helping participants get the best of both in a fun way.
💪🏼 Are there ways to include strength exercises in everyday life that don’t include equipment?…. Absolutely…, just by using your own body by doing body weight exercises. (Via Planks, Push-ups, etc..) & even Yoga & Pilates are effective in providing strength through lots of core work.

Wow! Looks like I get more for my money with Fat! Joking aside, I just need to move more and do some pain free moments and exercise. Age seems to make this aspect of life more challenging.

I am 57 and mobility challenged so for me easy goes a long way. I do what fits my chronic issues and even ten minutes at a time makes a difference.
Use soup cans for weights or unloading Fri Erie’s all count!
Age is but a number lol 😂

I like lifting weights in general, and have a regular routine that incorporates different muscle groups. With that said, my favorite weight lifting exercises are "landmines". If you don't know what "landmines" are just do a google search for images of "landmine lifts".
