Diabetes
Good morning, I'm writing just to check in that I'm committed to curing myself from diabetes through food and exercise and I've come a long way already and acknowledge that I still have more work to do for myself. My fasting blood sugar this morning is 147 which is 50 points higher or more from my goal to be healthy. For the first time, I've begun 8-10 mile hikes and it feels good to get that much walking and talking in with a nice friend. Alright, well, it's time for me to start moving so I'll be on my way.

Thats so awesome for you Fearless! Thank you for sharing. Thats really great for you that you are taking charge of your health and not letting or allowing Diabetes to manage "you'! But rather you are going to take the measure to manage "IT"! Way to go! Please continue to keep us update on how things are going for you!
Do pm me your regime i want to get on top of my diabetes too. Thanks 🌷
My regime consists of daily exercising, most often I try to run every morning. I follow healthy diet, for the moment it's keto as I need to lose more weight because my numbers went up. That's why I'm also prescribed meds, I need to buy trulicity online once a week. I know that diabetes type 2 is progressive and overtime the treatment plan can change, however, I would like to go back and avoid taking meds. I hope I can make it soon.
This is awesome. You're awesome.

@fearlessNickel4472 That’s real commitment 👏 Progress isn’t linear, but the fact that you’re showing up with food, movement, and mindset matters a lot. 8–10 mile hikes are no joke, that consistency will add up. One day at a time, you’re clearly moving in the right direction. 💪
