Fitness Scavenger Hunt
Here is what you do:
Start with a list of simple exercises such as 10 jumping jacks, five push-ups, 20 squats, a 1-minute plank and mix them with “find-and-do” challenges such as “find something green,” “take a selfie doing a yoga pose,” or “touch a tree”.
Where to do this activity:
Indoors or outdoors. It is a perfect activity for parks, backyards, or even living rooms.
Why the activity is fun:
It blends movement, exploration, and a bit of silliness, making fitness feel more like a game than a workout.
Have fun!

oh this is such a smart idea to incentivize working out!
I feel stressed when I do things like squats and plank and jumping jacks. I did make it a habit as well for about 6 months but I stopped because even after that much time I felt annoyed doing it... muscle strength is important but so is confidence and happiness... making yourself do things by a sense of obligation raises my cortisol I think. So its likely to be counterproductive.

This is definitely great insight!
Knowing what your body needs, what it likes & dislikes, & more importantly how you feel doing it, is necessary in living your best & healthy life.
We definitely shouldn’t do something that causes our body to be stressed in negative ways. As it’s certainly not beneficial physically, mentally or emotionally.
Exercise & activity should most definitely be fun, engaging, motivating and rewarding, ultimately allowing you to feel great overall & confident in what you’re doing! :)
