Dancing (even at home!) and walking in natural landscapes !! Awesome!!

Sounds wonderful, ilenia! Keep these up!
One word.
Plank.
It just calms me down and gets my mind clear. It's a great exercise too.

When I was able to, dancing was my favorite and hiking!
I like the planking excercise because it burns my belly fat easier than doing several excercise positions at a time. The longer you do it, the better.
I love walking at a brisk pace (especially hills- anything that gets the heart rate up!) and also yoga, which I find is wonderful for anxiety.
I'm pretty open to things, as long as they are safe. I used to love group style classes, but that's a little more difficult safety-wise for me.
One thing that surprised me was the rowing machine. I only use it for short periods - typically a warmup, sometimes a bit more, when doing personalized circuit training. The movement itself is one that feels really good to me though. I don't know if it would be great for longer periods or not. I've tried to keep an eye out for cheap ones for sale.
Although I don't do much exercise (or like it much), I do enjoy walking. I can walk for maybe over an hour non-stop! I specially like it when I'm with friends and we chat as we walk.
Hiking with my sons in the mountains.
