This link is so cool for a quick upper body exercise.

It just plays for 90 seconds. Make believe you are paddling to win.

I especially like the RED gates where you must turn-around
and go through the gate paddling upstream.

I love exercising to this for upper body quick intense exercise.

I just click the video and grab a broom stick.

Then I paddle my arms like I would in real life
(pull with the lower arm, push with the upper arm
as if pumping a bicycle's pedals but with the arms instead).

It's a great high intensity upper body workout.

@PoliteOcean

Thanks. I love these VR videos!!!

They act like the best ever Exercise Timers.

I was in some amateur races.... So I know exactly how this feels. This video is very realistic.

To improve the experience... Sometimes I paddle holding a short metal bar... Instead of a broom stick.

That weight creates real resistance.

Other times... I don't use anything... I just tense the muscles... Like one would shadow boxing.

Here are 2 more videos.

This first video is very fast... Only 1 upstream gate... Then all downstream from there.

This next one has More upstream gates... On Both Sides of the river.. One after each other. That makes it even better.

This video is also multi-player.... One of the players is really good.... He makes the upstream gate turns like a pro would.

I mute the sound.... So it's only me and the river.

Reminder... you Pull with the Lower arm... and you Push with the Upper arm... Both at the same time.

It's like an isometric exercise... Tensing the muscles while moving them.... Like shadow boxing moves.

By the time I'm done, my heartbeat is really going fast.
