Oh Wow! How awesome! Can't wait to take a look at these. Like I said before, I will have to take the next year to get through all the great videos that you are sharing!

Exercise is great of us! The problem is now-a-day people think exercise needs to be intense and that is not the case. Anything that requires our bodies to move is exercise. Walking, dancing, biking, swimming, skating, etc
@CoffeeCompassion
Besides "intense", another word problem is, people think the myth that exercise must be painful, unpleasant, and boring work to be effective.
So, they seek that out!
Then eventually they stop because they set themselves up for failure.
Their problem is how they think in extremes.
It's either work, play, or rest/relax.
Healthy activity is a missing concept in their minds. Probably because there's no impressive word for it.
They think about exercise as work-outs, work the body, training, body building, hit the track, pound the pavement, lift weights, pump iron, circuits, reps, drills, routines, practice, exertion, sweat, strain, brawn, athleticism, brute force, grit, competition, all as if staying healthy must be a great unpleasant work-like chore.
They have no good word to think about healthy recreational activity.
Instead people think of recreational activity as relaxing, play, fooling around, and not valuable for maintaining health.
We need an impressive word for fun health-building physical recreation activity. Perhaps there is such a word in another language.
@7motivation
totally agree!!
