HEY EVERYONE!

Its todays Featured Exercise of the Week. TAI CHI! I have never done Tai Chi myself, but was always curious and wanted to give it a try. I hear that it has MANY positive benefits over pain, arthritis,....Tai chi helps reduce stress and anxiety. ... Often described as meditation in motion, tai chi promotes serenity through gentle, flowing movements. ... Tai chi is an ancient Chinese tradition that, today, is practiced as a graceful form of exercise. You can use it to "start off your morning", "begin as stretch", use as a warm-up or cool-down", or simply as a meditation to relax and calm your day~

@jr50

Thats Great Jr!.. I felt this could be something that most anyone could do since it was very low impact. My goal is to always make sure to add something that most others feel comfortable with if they can't do other things. Thought this would be a great addition. I've seen it done before but have never tried it myself. Perhaps with this video, I finally will. lol :)
