@PoliteOcean I'm not able to do those things, mainly not move my arms this way.

@TortueDesBois

Its ok Tort, perhaps just try concentrating on your "feet" .... you can move at your own pace. You dont have to do it exactly the same way smiley

Well, I didn't really know what Zumba was. It looks much like what we used to call step aerobics "back in the day". I'll have to find something that starts off a bit slower. wink Zumba for Seniors or Zumba for Arthritis or maybe Zumba for Dummies. cheeky Then maybe I can eventually work up to these. laugh

@BridgetAileen

Its ok Bridget! We actually use more Latin music in ZUMBA, however, I just wanted to put something quick and fun in here.. And yes, there is ZUMBA GOLD (which is for Seniors, Beginners, and Debilitated people who need something a little slower)....However I have people of ALL ages in my class. From 20's to 70's! And they all keep up!....They just move how they can and do it at their own pace. I always tell them to "Start with the feet" first and the rest of the body will follow....and pick up the rest of the moves. smiley

@HalliwellSister

Yes absolutely Halli.... Nobody will get it exactly right on the first try. And I always tell my students (who range from 20yr olds to 70yr olds) to start with the feet first and the rest will follow!.... And you will eventually get it and realize how much fun you are having.
