@PoliteOcean I try to be as disciplined through the weekdays as possible, so I dont feel bad about losing track on weekends.
(Being said that, staying on track becomes a habit and hence not easy to lose track often on weekends)

**Saturdays can really tend to be a challenging day for staying on track with my goals in terms of meals or meal planning. That for me is usually the hardest. I like to enjoy the weekend and would use Saturdays in the past to take a 'Rest Day", and go crazy in my choices~.... But then I found that it wasn't condusive to my own "personal goals".......

I found that at least starting Saturday morning off right, would set me up for better success throughout the day. So getting up and getting in a Group Fitness class with another instructor has helped me the most. Its kept me most motivated on this day in getting in those "steps" and "activity" early on. Helping me to become even more "Mindful" in my choices later on in the day.~

And now that Summer is here, Pool Days tend to keep me occupied instead of thinking about things or choices that can or might derail my efforts.....But I still do allow myself that "Saturday Treat"~ I just try to be more mindful of it.

Practice some kind of meditation or Yoga in the morning, even if for 15 mts. Reiki is good or just silent breathing exercises. One can get lots of tips online. If used to workouts, light stretches followed by a Full Body Pilates routine is a wonderful option. Go sugarless for an entire day. Go for fruits, avoid juices. Have smoothies. If your area does not have a lockdown go for a brisk 30 mts walk in the morning/evening. Promise oneself to stay happy no matter what . Have a nice weekend.

@PoliteOcean
Thank you for the tag, Ocean.

Since covid, the nature of my work has changed from office to freelance/ tasks based. So every days can be work days for me depending on how I manage my time.

Talking about time management, I find it helpful to have an accountable buddy to share my progress plus motivate each other. Additionally, I find mindfulness to be a huge add-on to gaining focus, productivity, hence aiding me in being on track.

I treat all days as same because since pandemic I haven't moved out much. I hope things get better now. Let's hope.
I make sure I walk to go somewhere even shopping on weekends instead using cab. Also you can just feel the weather. Pampering yourself with street food is okay during weekends but I say to myself that I will resist them other days. Also relaxing is a good idea specially if you had a hard week.

Hava a good weekend! 🦄
