Some things I could work on is what I eat on the weekends, and take more control over what I'm taking in. Stick to my Weight Watchers point system better on Sundays.....

Somehow add more water, which is more challenging to do unless its Summertime and hot out...

I think following these practice will help a great deal.

Being mindful of what you consume on weekends, sounds like a good, healthy objective. It sounds like you would like to stick to your Weight Watchers point system better, on Sundays. Adding more water, also sounds like a healthful goal. I would like to take in more water myself, in the New Year.

I would like to eat a more balanced diet: Greens, fruits and dairy more so. And definitely a higher water intake.

I would prefer to avoid sugar especially and fatty foods.

But also proportions, learn to stop eating when Im full :)

Eating a more balanced diet, which includes greens, fruits, and dairy, sounds like a wonderful, healthful goal. Increasing the amount of water which you take in, also sounds great. Avoiding certain foods for your health, could also be a good improvement, as well as practicing portion control. Good luck with all these goals. :)
