How do you make your day more positive and productive?
Hello everyone,
I hope everyone is doing great. So today I wanna ask you all, what steps do you take in your life to make each day more memorable by making it productive? How do you utilize your day? Even small changes can lead to big changes. I would love to hear how you start your day and end your day... ☺️ *hugs*
Thanks & Regards

Hey there Chetan~...
I don't feel I necessarily have to make each day "memorable", as there's always special times, events, and holidays for that... However, I Do try to make each day Productive.
I am by No means an "early bird", and have never liked getting up early for much of anything. Which is one reason why I always worked the "Nightshift" as a Nurse or taught "Afternoon" classes as a Fitness Instructor...... But over the past 6+ months I have now started to become more productive in my day by Waking up early to get my day started. The first thing I do is get up early to get my Workout in. That way its done and over with for the rest of the day! And I feel accomplished.
By now doing it this way (instead of waiting until the afternoon), my workout is done, my Step-count goal is met earlier, and it allows me to work on and do other things with my time throughout the "rest of the day"! Including spending more time with family in the evenings, rather than being off at some Group fitness class trying to do what I already got done much earlier!
Another way I love to make it more "Positive" is by getting out in the Fresh air and enjoying the weather and the sights around me. It helps by also taking my Furbaby. We get out for a walk, get in more steps, and enjoy time by the Lake.
Hi @Chetan1408, it's great to see you in the forumland so often lately, you're doing so great at it! 💛
Having a to-do list at times can be helpful, to get in the groove haha. Productivity can look different for different people, so it's certainly okay to explore and experiment what makes you feel most productive and satisfied! 💛

I think that waking up each and every day is the real miracle of this new life that I have created for myself helping others while I'm helping myself. It is POSITIVE and PRODUCTIVE and HEALTHY.
@Chetan1408
i walk 10K steps everyday
I meditate in the morning and evening for about an hour, study things that interest me, do skincare and oral hygiene, bathe and groom and dress in nice clean clothes.
Sometimes I do food prep for the week, or at least try have whole simple foods around to nourish my body and mind and higher self or whatever you want to call it.
I like to read, write, bike, longboard, walk, go to the cinema or events such as auctions and live music at the Art Gallery or cafes, decorate or redecorate my place.
I'm going to try floating this week and perhaps try an Escape Room next week to keep my routines fresh. For me building fun, interests and hobbies into life is important otherwise Jack becomes a dull boy.

I love it!
I do not have a routine yet. I've always been quite flexible and needed to be for my jobs. I don't work now so I suppose a routine will help me remember All I need to do. The prospect seems daunting and I have been working on it for well over 6 months. Lol. In the meantime I feel safe here so I am maybe putting off things I need to do in order to be here. I'm going to sign off now and try to accomplish something else. My excuse for hanging out here is And it is supporting and uplifting, I need to make my time a little shorter here so I can do better with my chores to recover. Much love!
