Weight loss tips?
So I started using Noom about a month ago now and I know that's not a lot of time for any drastic improvement. But I've been eating so much healthier now and have been going for walks everyday, I've lost 6 pounds already but that's where it stops. For the past 3 weeks my weight has been going up and down and I just can't seem to get past that 6 pounds no matter what I do. I'm feeling so discouraged right now and feels like I'll never be able to achieve a healthy weight. Seeing if anyone has any tips that kept them going or helped them out.

It is very easy to get discouraged ..... in my journey i had many many plateaus. the reality is with increase walking or exercise you are building muscle and that weighs more on a scale even if you see physical sculpting.
the best news is muscle also burns more and you did not put weight on all at once yet we expect it to drop fast.... it takes time especially if you are changing a lifestyle so it does not come back again like it does in just dieting.

Hello friend! I suggest starting with a diet that's prioritizing 9 to 11 servings of fresh fruits (4-5 servings) and vegetables. Hydrate with water. Don't drink (empty) calories (eat the whole fruit, don't drink just juice). Exercise at least 1 hour daily, preferably in the morning to jump-start your metabolism for the day. Exercise another hour in the even if you like.
Try to reduce or eliminate processed foods, refined foods, and fast foods, soft drinks, fruit juices, and anything else you know doesn't help in your attainment of your goal.
Simple things, like taking the stairs, walking more (park far away from entrances, or maybe bicycle around town).
Really suggest focusing the majority of your attention on eating habits, though. You can't out-exercise a bad diet! For more tips on that: check out these suggestions!
