How many hours of sleep do you get a night?
@Erato
Nowadays 2-3 hrs :')
5, when I
Unfortunately it really depends. Usually between 6-7, maximum 8. In bad nights I sleep 3-4 or 5. Very rarely I sleep over 9.
I usually get about 8 hours of sleep a night. I find that this amount works best for me, in order to function the next day.
between 10 and 12.
Goodness, I don't even know anymore. I used to use my fitbit to help me track it; but I tried to do a suggested update, and it hasn't worked at all since. :'(
I used to sleep like one of the dead. Nothing but nothing would wake me up. The next day, I'd be full of energy and wide awake. For years and years now, I wake up multiple times a night. I might go right back to sleep; however, I might just as easily be stuck wide awake. I really have no idea how long I sleep and how long I'm awake. I hate to move around too much or open my eyes lest I not be able to go back to sleep. I can't seem to go to sleep before 1 am. Sometimes it's later than that. Even if I force myself to stay awake all the next day, my body seems to want to just stay awake all night. It's like my brain decides to get busy right about 10 pm. LOL!
This sounds like me.
@BridgetAileen
@decisiveClementine1034, I'm so sorry to hear that. It's certainly no fun. I inadvertently took a nap late this afternoon "while I was reading". Ooops! I'll most likely not be able to sleep much at all tonight.
Maybe I'll try some ambient sounds from YouTube. That often helps, even if I don't sleep all the way through.

I get about 6-7 hrs of sleep daily
8-9 but sometimes 6-7...dunno that's how it works for me... in waves...like breathing. Tight schedules wear me down.
5 -7 sleep overrated lol.
