Tips to Sleep with Major Stressors
I have some really serious illness stuff going on right now and trying to get it all sorted.
I am very stressed out.
I have fatigue already as a symptom and now with my sleep being affected it's just that much worse.
Any tips for sleeping during this rough time?

Maybe you may want to try to massage the upper part of your neck and the lower part of crane...massage your face vigurously like limphatic mode, pressing down on tissuess, move over tge skull through your hair and keep massaging...tell us how it felt...😔
Rubbing your ears does not induce sleep, rubbing ears induces warmth and enrgy...

Maybe if you want to try to work the T zone...The T-zone (forehead-nose), if you work it it releases all sinuses fluids so you may feel relieved ...that's why humans "instinctively" rub their T zone...without knowing why...

Headspace! I rate it 100% I struggle to sleep at times so I use it for meditation. It really helps even when I'm on edge.

I can only give you some tips that apply to bettering sleep quality in general, not specifically to when you are dealing with an illness. I wish you well. These are the general tips I know:
- Make sure the room is very dark. Get curtains, perhaps invest in black-out curtains. Make sure no devices have lights on.
- Make sure the room is cold (turn off heat if your room has heating) (of course, depends on your area)
- Make sure the room is not too dry, but also not too damp
- Take out any chargers which are not needed. They produce noise.
- No screens 2-3 hours before bed. Try reading a book, or an audio book, or any other offline activities that you are able to do, that your illness allows.
- No coffee before going to bed. If you can, drink a small cup of herbal tea or warm milk. Not too much, because you might need to get up and get to the bathroom.
- Drink enough water during the day, to stay hydrated over night
- Try meditation or a relaxing activity before going to bed. Perhaps set up soothing music, such as Binaural beats, and perhaps light a candle (but be safe of course).
