we need an ' insomniac club ' ( insomnia support group )

Im not an insomniac but i understand how difficult it can be for this sort of thing. And there isnt even a chatroom! It isnt right.

Agreed insomnia can be annoying. These days I am sleeping better Can I join if I have occassional insomnia or do I have to have chronic insomnia?

I don't know if my sleeping issues are insomnia or not, but I'd gladly get involved.

@JungleLaw4862 I agree! I usually or mostly come to 7cups because of boredom or insomnia. Would be great if we get a chatroom/forum on this topic.

I agree. I have listened to some members with this issue.
