So Monday is almost over! How are you guys? How closer are you to your goals? What went well? What didn't go so well? Is there anything you need to work on for tomorrow?

I haven't been eating poor foods, but now my stomach has shrunk so that I barely eat anything at all. Sometimes I'll go all day before I realize I haven't eaten anything yet. So, this is sort of the opposite problem.

@Charlie33

Hmm I could see how not eating enough could be a bit of a problem. How about planning your meals and scheduling it in so you don't forget to eat?

@HalliwellSister That's a good idea, I'll try scheduling meals. Thanks Sister. :)

Got back on track today after my over-indulgence in my "Cheat weekend"... but back on track with my eating plan, and my workouts. Got in an Hour's worth of exercise this afternoon, and then took my hike with my husband again this evening for another hour....Still got another 2,000 steps to get in to meet my goal, but I still have 2hours left! So, I'm sure I will succeed in that smiley

@HalliwellSister

I was disappointed with myself because I got barely 2000 steps by 4 pm, but I turned it around by going for a long walk and I made my 10000 step goal while making dinner!

I am glad you were able to turn it around and reach your goal! Keep up the great work, hun!

Thats great Dancy!... I know how you feel, those steps are Really important to me too...Like for instance, its now 4pm and I'm barely at 4000 steps..

But, I plan to get up in a few moments and go do a Leslie Sansone Dvd...Its a 'Walk" Dvd, she has "various" dvd's... where you walk-it-out in the comfort of your own home. Then I'll take another walk later on this evening through the neighborhood....

Congrats to you on getting it in!

Hey Mellie, no need to feel guilty! Next time, if you find yourself "craving" pizza,there a several things to do to help "ease" the guilt!....

1) Order a gluten free, thin crust "veggie" pizza. And skip the meats~

2) Even better, MAKE YOUR OWN!... Keep a pre-made healthy crust on hand, OR... make a mini-pizza using "Flatbread" or a "Whole grain Tortilla"...Top with a Light Pizza sauce, add veggies, and top with Low-fat shredded cheese!...

@PoliteOcean It was served at work, so it was a bit hard to do those things. Thank you for the ideas though :)

Kicking myself for eating things that I shouldn't have eaten. I feel so close yet so far off from my weight goals. Why are things so difficult T_T

Hug! It's okay! Thats the thing about a life style, it's okay to mess up! You don't have to feel guilty! You will get this! I know you will!

No need to feel guilty!... Just start fresh with your next meal, your next bite of food, your next food choice.....

Its all about getting back on track and staying positive. You will get there. None of us are perfect. You just have to be willing to "Keep Trying" to reach your goals. You can do it! You got this!

To all of my lovely friends who are feeling guilty about their food choices in the past day:

It's okay! The body works in moderation. Having an indulgence is not The End of the World. Being committed to being healthy and still allowing treats is healthy :)

Also there's no pressure to be totally perfect! Every person who is trying to eat healthy or follow a diet has days where it's a struggle. (Unless it's a food allergy reason, in which case please be careful and don't cheat with your allergens :P )

Remember that even committing to trying a healthier diet/exercise plan/health pattern/etc is a step in this process. It's not a linear progression and there will be 'bad days'.

You can do this!
