Not my best week. I exercised only on Monday and Tuesday. I didn't eat very well. I was sad all week, in anticipation of my Dad's first birthday (Sunday) since he died in March. It rained all week here, which didn't help my mental state. Hopefully this week will be better.

@SadMe70

Sorry to hear that Sad.... it does sound like you had a challeging week emotionally. I hope you have a better week as well. Hang in there and be proud of the little things that you did accomplish like working out at least two days last week. Everything else will fall in line..... <3

Been doing alright. Went to the gym a couple of days ago and have become a lot more mindful of what I eat each day. I've also been reading more and the outdoor job I currently have really gets me good exercise.

Mental health still not the best, though, but perhaps one day I can get it on track.

@mimameid

Love this post... Sounds like you are doing a great job with staying on track in many different ways! That is awesome for you. Also, what type of job are you doing? I'm so glad its one that enables you to get outside and get in more activity.

Mental health can always be the most challenging part to work on, I know how that feels. But yes.... each day is a chance to improve it in some way. And we can remain hopeful that it will all come together one day :)

@PoliteOcean

Thank you! I work at an outside greenhouse , and it requires a lot of bending and lifting. One of the main jobs also is watering the plants so I am most often having to lug around a long, heavy garden hose lol . My arms just *love* me for that haha

@mimameid

Oh that is actually a good job Mima... LOTS of physical activity there. Thats why "Gardening" is often mentioned as a great source of activity! I hope that you have a "Fitbit" or some type of "tracker" that can really keep you in check and show you how many great goals you are reaching!
