This week was great. I was able to achieve many personal goals and took time to rest. Although, I could have rested more. So, next week will be more rest and less goals 😇

**This past week started off a little complicated, but eventully went well... I had a medical issue at the beginning of the week that I had to attend to, so I had to cancel the "Only" 2 classes that I was supposed to teach in the week on Monday.... Fortunately, things were much better by Tuesday, and I was able to leave for my Anniversary to the Beach.

**I did Not stay on track very well this week since it was my anniversary. I enjoyed every single moment away and being "Free" to relax and enjoy~....... Now that I'm back, I know I have to kick it back in gear and get back on track and ready to focus, & teach again. Theres no lies behind the fact that the "better we nourish" ourselves, the better we feel!... And while I felt great mentally and emotionally being able to get away from many things, "Physically" I will feel much better once I get back on track with proper meals. Having just another day or Two away would've been nice too, but thankful for what I did have.

**Back to reality , (and the Last few days of the month).... Moving forward into a new month ahead for me will be about 'FOCUS'. And being able to continue with my goals and reaching some new ones for myself. Finding myself ready in some ways and a little anxious in others~ You ever just think or find that there are others out there just waiting to see what your "next" move will be and how you will handle it??.... Sometimes we have to learn to be our "Own" Cheerleaders at times.enlightened

ENJOY THE WEEK AHEAD~

I totally agree with you on the fact that food that is good emotionally and mentally is not always the best physically, I guess it

**Hey Everyone~How has this last week of the month been for you?!** It's been pretty okay. I have been tired mot of it.

**This is our LAST Check-in for the Month of August! How do you feel this month has gone for you overall? What do you feel your Biggest Highlight of the month was? What are some Healthy Habits or a Healthy Focus that you implemented for yourself this past month? I think this month could have been better. I loved being able to see my boyfriend a few times. I also was doing pretty well with drinking water.

**Looking ahead, What are you looking forward to as we approach the new month ahead? What are some "NEW" goals that you can focus on or implement? What are some new healthy habits that you can work towards?! I need to start working out. I think putting it on my calendar might help.

**What have been your "Highlights" Or "Struggles" over this past week? I got to spend time with my boyfriend, but work has been stressful

**What are you looking forward to in the next week ahead? I get to see my mentor

@Mellietronx

Hey Mellie!

Thats good that your week has gone pretty good for the most part. I know it can be challenging when we are tired or lack energy during our week. Its great that you have been doing well with getting your water in! Sometimes even that can be the culprit to us not having the energy we need, since maybe it could mean we are dehydrated, which could lead to some low energy. So keep up the great work on getting that water in!

I think its awesome that you are wanting to be more active and still wanting to push forwards in that goal. Its great that you are thinking of a plan to be able to do that. Having a calender to schedule that time for yourself can certainly help!

Despite your work being stressful for you, its nice that you were able to relax and enjoy some time with your boyfriend.

And how cool that you have a "Mentor"!... What is this mentor for or particulary helping you with? (If I may ask)?!...

Thanks so much for checking in this week and letting us know how things have been going for you. Its always good to hear from you.

@PoliteOcean This past week I had an appointment with my psychologist. It went well. My social worker didn't bring any lunches by, but I think it's because there weren't any lunches available, not because she forgot about me. My relationships on 7 cups are going really well. I also like helping other people. I'm studying the economics history of the world since 1400. The feelings of meaninglessness have gone down since I started studying economics, and I hope I won't ever have a problem with those feelings ever again. I've been so sick the past 3 years, it really didn't make sense to pursue lofty goals. My ultimate goal is to own an art gallery but that's years away. I finished the book of I Samuel, and now I'm starting II Samuel. For this upcoming week, I have an appointment with a homeopath, and another appointment with my psychologist. I'm really hoping my appoinment with my homeopath is going to produce some real results, since I'm pretty much not going to get any new medication from my doctors.

@Regmo7

Hey there Regmo! How great that your appointment went well... Thats always a plus when we feel that our appointments are beneficial. Sorry to hear that your social worker didn't bring by your lunches. I'm sure its very helpful when she's able to do so. And one less thing for you to have to think about. How great for you that your 7cups relationships are going well and that you are finding the support in them that you feel you need. And that you are finding it helpful to be able to be of help to others as well. Its really good that your feelings of meaningless have subsided for you and you are getting something positive out of studying the economics....and yes, hopefully these feelings will not creep back in again. Wow...owning an art gallery! Thats a great dream to have and aspire for in the future moving forward. Hopefully your appointments in this upcoming week ahead will be beneficial to your needs. And that they both yeild what you are wanting from them. I have never been to a Homeopath before. I've always been interested though for quite some time. Please continue to keep us updated on how those visits go for you this week. Thanks so much for checking in , and staying on top of your health, and the healthy living sub-com as well! So glad to have you be apart of it, and its always great to hear from you each week.

Heya ! I feel the past month has gone pretty well, Ive been able to get back to pretty much everything after my break! Working out is going great, sleep is going quite okay right now, food is not at its best but not too bad… and Ive finally been able to un-block things work-wise, I need to see whats next as things can basically get stuck at every single step but its still a lot of progresses! Busy weeks ahead!

Id like to keep things how they are for the new month ahead, Id also really like to get back to being more creative but I cant really control my creativity. I also need to keep making efforts to study even though its really a pain! And also to be careful about sociability/going out, as the bad weather isnt encouraging to do so and it's going to get worse and worse with Fall coming… I think I'd also like to learn to disconnect more, I feel my brain is kinda always working, whether it's for work or the subcoms I'm involved in, which I don't know if will do any good long-term, but I'm not sure how, I mean, I'm resting, watching movies and so on, but questions about work or ideas just pop up randomly so I'm not sure if that's even stoppable.

Last week highlight was definitely finally getting good results at work after many attempts that didnt work! And Im looking forward going on with these new found experimental conditions to get the actual results, plus trying out other stuff, small breakthroughs like that really make me happy! Plus I'm looking forward to working out as the fitness program I'm following is going for live workouts again which will be a nice change!

@LinearWaves

HI LinearWaves,

The general tone of your post is positive. Good news that you feel that way and good news overall. Sleep is improving and food is not bad. I am starting to feel envious wink. Better of all is that you don't feel like stuck and you've been un-blocking things. You are totally on the right way.

Creativity issues? As you said, you can't control it. But surely you can find ways to develop it. I just remember, eons ago when I was at College it was said, that all we need is to buld better traps to catch the creativity. Hope the weather is not a problem and you can move on with a busy social schedule through all seasons. And yes, disconnection is sometimes a helpful idea in order to recover focus or simply to get enough rest and be ready for next task. I am glad that things at work are "working". Go on witht he workouts, we'll hear more good news from you next time.

A creativity trap sounds like a cool idea :o But creativity might be creative enough to find a way around it!

Thanks for your supportive words <3

Hey there Waves!..Its great that you are feeling that the past month has overall went really well for you! And how awesome that things are continuing to fall in line and you have been able to get back to all of your routines since coming back from your break. Sometimes that can be the challenging part since we are still on that "Vacation-Mode". And its good that you are taking things day by day it seems with getting and staying on track with your workouts, sleep and (food-wise, even though you are still working on things here). But thats ok, it will all come together.

It can certainly be challenging when our 'Brains" are always on the go, (with or without us) so to speak!.... But its great that you know what you want, and how you would like to proceed with things in your life moving forward in to the new month ahead. The only thing we should be able to do in-between it all is to be able to rest and make time for ourselves when needed. And then pick back up when we are able and ready.

Yay for "Good results" at your work! I know your last check-in that you are were having a pretty challenging and difficult period with that. So thats great for you that things are better in that dept this week. And double-YAY for 'Live workouts'! How great is that?!.... Its surely alot more motivation in my opinion. What type of program are you following?!...Continue to keep us updated on how that all goes!

Thank you so much for checking in this week and letting us know how things are going for you and how you've been. Its always great to hear from you.

**Hey Everyone~How has this last week of the month been for you?!**

Rough. Tuesday I fractured my hip and found out I have severe osteoporosis at 44.

**This is our LAST Check-in for the Month of August! How do you feel this month has gone for you overall? What do you feel your Biggest Highlight of the month was? What are some Healthy Habits or a Healthy Focus that you implemented for yourself this past month?

Over all its been... well my hip fracture is coloring everything I think. My biggest highlight was almost reaching my 3 month employment mark and getting my employee discount card in the mail. Eating as many vegetables as possible and following the doctors and nurses orders. I am having trouble remembering the past month really. Everything in eclipsed by the fracture right now.

**Looking ahead, What are you looking forward to as we approach the new month ahead? What are some "NEW" goals that you can focus on or implement? What are some new healthy habits that you can work towards?!

I think in my spare time here in the rehab I'm going to return to the Universal Class courses and drink more water.

**What have been your "Highlights" Or "Struggles" over this past week? Highlights.. realizing that I was fortunate that the hip didn't break on the stairs at home or between work and the bus or home and the bus. Struggles.. trying to explain to the doctor why I don't want to eliminate dairy to see if it helps fix something which has remained a problem even though I'm on opiods. Oh and the other highlght.. I finally got a shower again today!.. first time since August 24th.

**What are you looking forward to in the next week ahead? I'm looking forward to the snack cart and activities cart today. I'm also looking forward to getting stronger each day.
