**This past week found myself recovering from my Beach Trip at the start of the week...(travel tends to tire me out easily). The weather was a little crazy on Sun/Mon, which found me indoors and without an "afternoon" workout (even though I got one in the morning)..... And of course I found myself wanting to retreat to some "old, familiar, comfortable habits" of not wanting to stay on track with my eating plan. It seemed so much easier to reach for something comforting. That I decided to get into a Social Media group with some High protein recipes to help me stay on track better this week. And the recipes worked. I was able to stay on track with meals, water, AND... With Sleep! Yay me~laugh

**With the weather getting a little off track Monday, I found myself not really knowing what to do in regards to my New "Outdoor" class that day.~ Seems like all it wants to do is rain whenever it feels like it. I remember last summer, it was nothing but sunshine most of the summer. Its challenging to have thoughts running through my head about how to keep these classes going and keep everyone "engaged" in coming to them. Not a feeling that I like nor want to be overwhelmed with. But I "Need" these classes for many reasons... And I need this group of ladies. They inspire and motivate me, just as much as I "guess" they feel I do for them! Thinking I will continue to try to look for some other "outdoor" areas with some better Pavilions this weekend that we can still meet under weather wants to be tricky~

**As we get ready to enter a New month ahead, I have so many goals, ideas, and plans that I would like to accomplish moving forward (nothing fancy,...just the same goals I still strive to achieve).... And even though I got "knocked on my butt" a little during May and a "slither" of June, By the start of this last week ahead, I have every intention of being completely back to where I was "Mentally and emotionally" (before getting off track with things after the whole lost classes ordeal)......

**This weekend I only intend to get up to walk with my mom in the morning and then just do and take care of some things around the house. And hopefully Chill and relax a bit for the evening.

ENJOY THE WEEKEND~yes

Good to see that you've done what's needed to recover from the beach trip. High protein recipes sound like a good idea. Hopefully you can share some with us too. Excellent news that you are doing better with your sleep time. Well done.

Outdoor classes seems to be working well for you. I am glad to hear that you are in a good mood and classes are motivating you. Keep on reaching your goals, one at a time. We've been through difficult times and moving on will be probably a slow process, you are on the way, leading the way actually.

Good luck with your weekend walk, calmness will find you.

I feel I have been asleep the last few months. Sleeping through each day makes me lose time so it feels like May to me.

I want to let go of everything. I don't regard myself as a person anymore. I don't like what I am though. My therapist said "it's ok to change your mind". If I take that without arguing, I can be a blank slate deliberately, not indecisive. and I can be passive without being a push over. No opinions, no attachments, no expectations, no overt emotions. That is what I should become. Removed from the world because I choose what I want in "life" whatever life really is.

Hi Lexloveslife,

You've shared with us how you feel week after week. That feeling of being asleep or like in a dream is not unknown for me or others. It's been weird times, maybe we can wake up now. You've been always good to explain your thoughts, I am sure you'll find your way and, as you say, what life really is.

This week as been a good and bittersweet week. Today is my high school graduation! For the most part, I'll be seeing my classmates for the last time, but I made that last moment profound and I will cherish it forever. I am also the salutatorian for my class, so I did give a speech and I was able to pour my heart out with my words. Another good thing is that my family's restaurant is getting better and we were able to get more profit, so that's a plus.

With high school finally over, I'll be going full force in preparation for college. I've taken interests in philosophy and economics so I've been exploring those subjects. I'd also took up the saxophone recently and I'm making very good progress.

**Hey Everyone~ How are you doing this week?

I am doing phenomenal. I saw my psychiatrist this week and we kept everything the same, in spite of an uptick in symptoms due to stress from work. On Friday when I clocked in there was a note on the time clock to check with personnel or management and I was like O.o But it turns out it was good news. They had decided to move me from a temporary employee to being a permanent one.

**This is our LAST Check-In for the Month of June!... Wow.. time sure did fly! How do you feel June has gone for you?! Whats the most positive thing that happened for you this month? How would you "Sum-up" this month for yourself?....Looking at the last week ahead, what are you hoping to get accomplished in these last few days of June?

June was chaotic and thats how Id sum it up, but all in all, its been a positive experience. The most positive thing was getting changed to a permanent employee. In the last few days of June Im planning on returning an eligibility review that will probably cut off my medical and food stamps, but Im ready for it. Im also planning on cleaning and rearranging the rooms where I live. I have an etched glass piece of art coming and a vase for flowers and I want to have somewhere to put them. I also have some clothing coming and I want to actually take care of that better.

** As we get ready to leave this FIRST Part of the Year behind us, we have all managed to become apart of some of the same issues that have faced us over these past few months.... During this time, WHAT have you found to be your "Strengths"? What have been your most utilized Coping Skills?!

I have found out that I am an extrovert rather than an introvert, or at least an ambivert. My most utilized coping skill has been talking online through PSN or Discord or here.

**What is something that you might need to "Let Go" of to better yourself, stay on track, and/or simply move Forward during this next half of the year? How do you feel letting go of It would serve your Overall Health & Wellbeing?!

I need to let go of the Korean Dramas and fiction, maybe even video gaming. Right now I need to focus on basics and getting exercise, chores, and other things back in my life.

Hey there! Congrats to you on you on doing so great as well as your new "permanant" employment opportunity! Great job!

How great and exciting for you that June turned out to go well for you as well that you are makingn plans, and rearranging things in a positive way! Its awesome to have something to look forward to. New spaces, a new opportunity, New clothes and New art!.. All really happy, positive things to look forward to.

How great that you are putting things into perspective for yourself and wanting to focus more on the basics. (Exercising and chores are as great a place to start as any!).

Sounds like June turned out to be just what you needed?! Seems that things are really going well for you . Keep up the great work that you are doing. Continue to let us know how things are going for you with everything and your new job! Thanks for checking in this week and letting us know how you've been doing!

Your atittude is always positive and that's very good. You have already made the balance about the friendship you mentioned and know you did what was needed. Surely you did right and will move on soon.

Weddings sound like fun most of the times. Good that you had a good time being there and hope a happy life for your aunts. Keep finding interesting things to focus on. And keep sharig with us.

@LinearWaves

Whoa! I'm so sorry to hear about the fight with your friend!... I'm sure that it wasn't easy to deal with. But it seems like you had to do what needed to be done, and what you needed to do for yourself. And theres nothing wrong with that. (Its kind of like me when I lost my class, I knew it was a toxic situation and that I needed to get away from the Owner and her little management team but at the same time, it was my routine, it was familiar.) But... .it certainly doesn't mean that its 'good' for us. I too felt like you, Exhausted, un-motivated, lack of energy with all kinds of emotions and feelings in my mind.... And perhaps it is a mixture of things for you as it was for me (sleep, food, and the loss of your friendship). Just because it was toxic, doesn't mean that your feelings surrounding the loss aren't real. And perhaps it will take some time to put things into perspective about that of course so you can continue to move beyond it. I'm the type that I am more about the "Quality" of my close friends, rather than the "Quantity" of them. So if I allow friendships into my life, I expect them to be a quality relationship on 'Both' sides. And it can still be hurtful to lose those friendships if they aren't genuine. And it can be challenging to not become 'Bitter" .So I can certainly relate to your feelings for sure. And I do hope that time away from them can help you to gain better insight for yourself. Thats the thing, no matter what situation we get placed in, it always comes down to the fact things take time. (Time to deal with it, time to understand it, time to get perspective on it, time to heal from it all and keep moving forward etc...) Whatever it may be. So I do hope that your time to deal with the thoughts in your mind over this moves quickly for you! And that you are able to get on better track the way you desire.

However, even through all of that, its really AWESOME for you that there might be a potential interest for you at work. As well as being able to attend your aunts wedding!.. You said it was so fun, So I'm imagining you must mean the "Reception" party after the actual wedding itself?! As those are usually pretty amazing and so much fun! lol... I haven't been to one in MANNNNYYYYY years. But boy do I remember some with fondness. So glad you were able to have fun and enjoy!

Its so great that you will use this week to focus on yourself in a positive way! Its sounds like you could really use it , especially the rest. Be sure to get rest not only for you Physical self, but also your mental and emotional self as well. wink

Thanks so much for checking in this week and letting us know how things are going for you. Please keep your head up! And know we are here for you. Also please continue to keep us informed on the Work interest! Take care

@PoliteOcean

Hey Ocean ! Youre right with your comparison, thanks for sharing it, it helps to see it as a situation instead of a relationship. This situation/relationship wasnt working anymore and even if there was a routine around it, and great times happened in the past, well it was no good anymore and needed to end. Im just hoping I dont go back to it, as it has already happened. Maybe in a few months/years it can happen but I think a real break from this relationship is needed. Thank you for validating these feelings and the fact that theyre normal even if the relationship was toxic. Im also the type to value quality over quantity, in fact I have very (veryyy) few friends and this was the only one I felt close enough to share my thoughts and problems with, so I guess its hitting me harder because of that. Time will help indeed, time always help!

The whole wedding weekend was amazing! We were only a few though as gatherings of more than 10 people are still not allowed but that made things nicer as it can be uncomfortable when having too many people you dont know. It was in a lovely place, with lovely food, and lovely company, so that came at a perfect time to make me forget my life!

Thanks for your kind and supportive words as always! Theyre really always appreciated <3
