snow doesnt melt enough fast for me
This is my one year anniversary with 7 Cups. Last year at this time I was having some major issues with anxiety. Thanks for all the positive support in the check in areas and chat groups. I have been able to keep my anxiety low over the last several months.. Spring is finally here and this allows more time outdoors which always helps with anxiety issues. Moving forward with healthy eating and exercise. A few more pounds to lose and I will have taken off the extra holiday weight. Enjoy your week.
Hey kids, checking in. I'm doing alright hope you guys are doing good too.The weather here has been sort of gloomy and cold not any highlights happend really I did like and left a message or two on Damon's instagram. He did see and read what I wrote to him the other night, which was nice.Talking to Matt and Damon online and I am looking forward to the warm weather. Idk what to expect for the upcoming month or season I only hope that is warm and filled with love, health, happiness and all that good stufff. Melanie<3
