🌻This past week was a little busier than typical, (as well a little more stressful).... As I had to  squeeze in a few appointments at the start of the week outside of my usual daily routines & schedule... But, I've also had some recent familial medical issues & concerns with a few close family members.... So its felt like quite a week in trying to keep up mentally & emotionally with much let alone my typical & personal daily matters & goals for myself... I tried my best to stay on track despite the stressors, (& I did manage to continue to keep up with & fuel my physical wellbeing, by meal-planning & tracking.. as well I kept up with my Hydration needs & goals)... I really attempted to do my best with Sleep goals, but with everything going on around me, that was unfortunately a hit & miss....~

🌞 Going back to last weekend, it was a pretty quiet weekend with No concrete plans... But I did manage to get in Workouts both Sat/Sun, activity, & outdoor time throughout the weekend as the weather continues to be pretty lovely here.... And I also managed to do a pretty good "Cleaning/Purging" of things that I no longer want or need... (So mentally that felt good to have some control there with that, as well to work on organizing where needed).... And as the week started off, it felt good to be more organized & have "immediate access" to the things I actually need.. I even got back to "Journaling" again this past week to work on helping to release more negative feelings & emotions, while also working towards more "Positivity & gratitude" this month... That initially wasn't part of my goals because I didn't think it was something I needed until I took a step back and took a really good look at things around me... But, I'm working more on making it a regular goal to add-in to my usual goals.~ So I guess you could say that was all part of my "Self-improvement" for September...

🌻 This weekend ahead, its Officially back to 'Festival & Event' time, as all the Festivals & events are back in Full-force..... There are "Three" locally this Saturday alone!... So intentions are to get that morning Zumba class in for activity & my physical well-being, & then get out & about and enjoy the day afterwards in attempts to get in at least "2 of the 3" festivals to enjoy!~... This Sunday (after the past 3 Sundays with No Zumba classes), Intentions are to finally get in an early class to finish off the weekend rather than a home-workout... Then run a few errands & then relax before prayerfully taking on a less stressing week ahead~

HAPPY WEEKEND~

@PoliteOcean Going back a week ago, on Saturday Amanda triggered my PTSD. I complained to her about it, and she told Leslie, and Leslie got mad at me. It took me several days to recover. Leslie is a very selfish and evil person. Monday I got a massage but it didn't give me the results I was looking for. Tuesday the library was closed for California admissions day.  I ordered my Junior High transcripts but the school district said they destroyed them. I didn't need them for anything, I just wanted them for the memories. Wednesday I cleaned my bedroom. I'm getting almost all my caffeine from cans these days. The problem with that is that it's really expensive. Walking from my bedroom to the kitchen 4-5 times a day is a psychological obstacle course. It's really wearing me down. Thursday I went to the alternative medicine practitioner. It went really well. I haven't worked on my cursive workbook for two weeks because I was so upset about the household drama. I'm extremely burned out on having to expend so much energy on trivial issues rather than going forth with my destiny. I went on three walks this past week and I'm still reading my philosophy books. Friday was Gianna's last day. 😭😭😭 I'm going to try really hard not to call my agency because the people they send me have a poor work ethic. I went on 3 walks this past week. I have an appointment on Monday and Tuesday. My insurance company is trying to arrange transportation. They said they would pay for a Lyft. I told them that's really stupid because those people don't have any medical training. Furthermore they only have a 5 minute pick up window. That's insane. Sick people can't handle that. I'm extremely confused on how I'm supposed to go forward from this point.

Hey Regmo~ Despite Amanda complaining about you confronting her, it’s good that felt confident that you could stick up for yourself in the moment… Despite a few things falling through & not coming together as you expected during the week, it’s good that you are able to reflect on the positive things that did happen. (Such as cleaning your room, your alternative med appt going well, getting 3 walks in during the week, & still reading your philosophy books).. All great things... That’s too bad about Gianna, as well as the Transport issue. But I definitely don’t blame you for not wanting to use a Lyft. Your reasons are valid… Hopefully for you, that you can make a choice about your agency once you have more time to think on it considering it’s of benefit to you when you do have a capable caretaker. As far as transportation, that is also another area that a social worker can help with when there are issues… I don’t know about social workers in “every state”, but the ones where I am help with all those things when disabilities are involved, by at least giving guidance, support & helping to locate things that are needed… If reaching out to yours is an option, perhaps you can find some benefit there.. Thanks for checking in to share and continue to keep us updated on how things go.

@PoliteOcean

My week was varied, good, but busy, found ABIT more balance though and down time which was good. I never thought I would be able to sing Infront of a crowd but I did 😁 I hope you have a great weekend. I'm just looking forward to catching up on some sleep 💜🥰

That’s such a beautiful reminder. And what a perfect reason to pause and reflect.

Something positive I could focus on is the meaningful connections I have with others. The people who support, inspire, and care about me. Remembering that I’m not alone can help carry me through challenging moments with more hope and strength.

JUST FOR FUN: What 's something you never thought you'd be able to do until you actually did it?!: For me, it would be getting my fitness certificate and my Life Coach certificate.

After reading last weekend about my DNA having the High Active Stress gene I took in account of trying my best to avoid getting too edgy when I was feeling overwhelmed with lots of customer orders all at once at any point. Telling myself in my head that there are others to help. The busyness will eventually be over. When I am by myself I can text coworker for help.

I had a dentist appointment yesterday, Friday. The traffic was worse than I thought it would be and it made me very anxious.

I am getting stressed out about my skin currently because it is feeling itchy.

I look forward for Sunday to bake chocolate chip cookies to take into work on Monday.

@catgirl278

Hi there!~

Thats great that you did your best to avoid stressors by not “getting too edgy & overwhelmed” with things. And also that you have a co-worker for back-up when you need the help.

It’s also good that despite the dental appt & bad anxiousness from poor traffic, that you made it through.

And it’s great that you are looking ahead at positive things by baking cookies to take into work. Doing things that we enjoy can definitely help in relieving negative thoughts, feelings and emotions. And help you to focus more on the positive. So keep up with that! 👍🏼

And Thanks for checking in to share your week. And continue to let us know how things are going.
