December is here! The end of the year!! With lots of holiday cheer!!!
This month the Hobby Zone has lots of fun plans in store to take some time to celebrate lots of what makes this time of year special for many. Stay tuned for our Hobby Holidays and other December fueled fun!

Hobby Zone wants to invite everyone to consider the purpose of this subcommunity, we want to create a supportive and inclusive space to share hobbies. But most of all we want this to be a positive space that is safe for everyone. With that in mind, we have some clarification about Hobby Zone guidelines. December is a month that is exciting for me, Secret Santa, parties and family mealtimes, but I also know that not everyone likes December so perhaps we can plan something for everyone!

My plan is to do a drawing in ink...may include watercolor if time permits. Once it's done I'll have a few prints made from it. Those prints will be holiday gifts for the few people I know who will appreciate them. But first I gotta finish the illo currently on my drafting table!...
As always, there's so much to do & never enough time (& often not enough energy) to do them. C'est la vie.

That sounds cool, looks like I may be doing some drawing in ink soon as well - I was given a glass dip pen and ink set for my birthday. Sounds like you are far more experienced than I am however. I hope you are able to get what you want done so you can have some lovely personalized holiday gifts for others.
So many hobbies so little time indeed! Thanks for sharing what keeps you busy these days! Perhaps we can see your ink drawings too? 😊
