There are so many of us that love drawing and sketching, or painting . . .
We all singly post things, but I would like to suggest that we have a thread something like a
and learn more about our skills, share tips, even maybe set a topic for our work?
But how?
So I am open to suggestions . .
Do we want to use the Hobby Zone group support rooms? - in which case we will need hosts to lead the sessions.
Perhaps we should only concentrate on the forums and post our work here?

I love seeing people's work. Particularly "work in progress". Seeing how an idea or project develops is really fascinating. So I love the idea of a drawing circle.
I had a crazy idea arising from it: What about some sort of "art show" for the community. Say once a month. It wouldn't even need to be finished work. You could split it into different categories eg first 10 minutes needlework, then drawing, then work in progress, whatever. The latter could be great for someone who needs motivation to finish a project. But I have no idea if 7 cups structure could support such an idea. Eg. Can images be posted in chat rooms? So I will understand if this random idea goes no further.
I suspect there are lots of 7 cuppers who don't frequent hobby zone but would be interested to see and support. And maybe be inspired themselves.
Thanks for the ongoing inspiration for me personally. Art is creeping back into my life after a hiatus, and I reckon 7 cups has something to do with that.

@Clio9876 Lovely ideas, the pictures are usually posted in the forums then we link in the chatrooms. So it does work.

I don’t know if this really counts since I’m not an artistic but I really like to crochet. Even though I just started I really enjoy it and recently started making my own hat. I’m very excited about it and always work on it during any of my free time! :)
