It’s a very interesting and rewarding hobby. It can be extensive though. I’d recommend searching to see if your area has a local bee club and going to a few meetings. They are always welcoming even if you don’t have bees yet and just want to learn if it will be a good hobby for you. I’d also recommend starting with at least two hives so they can share resources if needed. I love to talk about bees so ask any questions you may have. Just be warned, it’s hard for me to stop talking about bees once I’m started lol 😂

@berrycheesecake90 it's complicated. They are cute on photos and very good for the environment but I am terrified of insects and especially anything that can sting me. I particularly hate any wasp related demons.

@berrycheesecake90 especially once i had a huge hornet like demon try to land on my arm. I managed to redirect it by blowing on it but that was a very unfun experience and made me even more against wearing short sleeves in summer in general 😭
