Re the first piece you posted: Have you ever thought of doing calligraphy? Because that would look fantastic in some kind of broad-nibbed lettering.

The second and third are both done with a mix of normal watercolour and brusho, a watercolour powder you spray with water, don't know if you've heard of it. The colours are amazing - each pot has a labelled colour but you can see all the colours it's made up of (for example black is around the silhouette) I've definitely found my love for colour and been able to be bold with them!!
I used to do loads of calligraphy, and I still have my pen and ink so I will have another go when I have less revision to do! Thank you for the suggestion!
Thank you for the information. Call it a fair trade... But seriously, I hadn't heard of brusho powders until now. These must be more well known in your country than on my side of the pond...the closest I've seen to that are colored powders you mix into resin, just before pouring it into a mold.

My dad puts art on people for a living (he's a tattooist) and I've seen alot of art. Yours is still probably the best I've ever seen. And I'm not even like exaggerating

If you want to make the colors pop, consider adding a few more layers. You have a good arrangement going on the page.
