You could learn to crochet. It’s a little hard at first but it’ll definitely break you away from your phone when you get better at it. I’ve just started learning more stitches and I’m making a big king sized blanket for my mom

I really love to crochet! It took a few weeks to get the hang of it, but once you do, it’s so relaxing and fun. I also enjoy ceramics and just playing with clay (even air dry clay). Embroidery bracelets are also relaxing in my opinion as well :)
