Ohh when you press on reply a window will appear for you to reply or write a comment. There is something like a magic wand and it is slightly tilted. Click on it and a search will appear. You can type in what you want from a GIF and it will appear. Click on it and so on. You can also respond with a picture by clicking on the small picture next to the magic wand.
