What do you see, hear, or feel right now—without labeling it good or bad?- i can see the soft glow of my screen, faint sound of the air purifier, and i feel quite peaceful.
What helps you come back to the moment when your mind starts spinning?- sometimes taking a small walk or lying down helps me come back.
