'New attitude', new journal*.
*I think I 'got a fell' for how I type and I would rather do this than close my account and do this among other things all over again b/c I felt compelled to seperate myself from my older journalling habits. A journal which I feel was 'getting crowded':

All those things which I listed make for fine hobbies but to be become borderline professional at the four of them for any one single person takes tremoundous energy investment/ commitment to expectation-meeting strategies that you apparently can barely deviate from starting at a young age*
It makes me think how espousing as if hyper-competence by a hyper-extrovert is a must to be accepted as an adult, a 'well-adjusted, functional and interesting adult'..it's yet another expression of apathetic self-deception and taking things for granted making for the basis of most current models of 'success'/ acceptance as a 'well-adjusted, functional and interesting adult' "especially in these days when in many avenues people are imeediately thrust forward into the public consciousness by showing talent [ex.Youtube], knowing to never take it for granted is insanely important" ('Suede'/ William DuFresne).
See I could have added spirituality/nonsecular stuff to that italized list and a fair amount would think it's not really 'worth putting on the list' in the sense that something like that is usually taken to mean**, as something which will 'subsume' all the rest to an extent as far as narrowing down how ppl spend their 'down time' /relax or 'do for fun or as a hobby' or are interested in.
*it wouldn't surprise me if someone 'pulled this off' but they s--ked or were considered 'too weird' for socializing..whether it'd mean that they wind up onto a site like this and adopt 'the common attitude' `_`..?.
The part of me which is preferring to keep to the journals and feed so much that I functionally forget about listeners and groups chats and am fine w/that.
@Polaris2088
Addendum to: "See..or are interested in.". Addiction. I could have placed addiction in their and it would be understood to..impact/mean the same thing.
@Polaris2088
"..it's yet another expression of apathetic self-deception and taking things for granted making for the basis of most current models of 'success'/ acceptance as a 'well-adjusted, functional and interesting adult' "
and that is how the current ugly a-- face of human competition in all it's artifical, constructed contrivances so confining it makes creatures who have lower brain-to-body-weight ratios seem 'liberated', emerges. Insidious indifference, elemental ingredient.
Let me take the risk in saying, 'yes, I am bored right now' since it's healthier than repeating the action to view quasi-pornography again.
That being said short of wondering around Youtube or maybe playing a video game, what would I be able to do now in the past midnight hours of the EST which is 'fun' but not 'exciting'. 'Exciting' enough that I wind up distracted, have troubled 'simmering down' enough to have an increased chance of sleeping smoothly sooner.
That is my struggle.

i agree and disagree with this article i do think the practice of persevering through hardships to reach a goal can teach the mind to be calm when unexpected things happen in life so the mind doesnt avoid discomfort too much in life so in that sense i agree that its a good practice but whos goal is it the meditators goal or some generic universally applied goal that every meditator is supposed to follow were the instructions invented by the inner desire of the meditator or the desires of someone else ? it seems that its the latter and i disagree that a person should suffer through a generic meditation routine created by someone else and dismiss our own feelings :)

"i agree that its a good practice but whos [*] goal is it the meditators goal or some generic universally applied goal that every meditator is supposed to follow were the instructions invented by the inner desire of the meditator or the desires of someone else ?[*]"
I didn't understand this part.
"it seems that its the latter and i disagree that a person should suffer through a generic meditation routine created by someone else and dismiss our own feelings :) "
..but I understand this pt.
..maybe with punctuation?..
"i agree that its a good practice but whos[e] goal is it[?] [T]he meditators goal or some generic universally applied goal that every meditator is supposed to follow[?] [W]ere the instructions invented by the inner desire of the meditator or the desires of someone else ?[*]"
does that make it, make more sense :) ?..
@Polaris2088
your right i was missing some question marks and that is almost the only punctuation i will use ( question marks and these things here --->) no commas and no periods or any other punctuation and no captitalizing after the question mark or really anywhere usually
but i usually do spell correctly and also am good with my question marks and yes it does change it when i dont put enough of them :)
@Polaris2088
i do use the following also ... - " !
When you see members of that one ethnic group who 'act annoying' and you realize that the motives for that 'annoyance' are +75% of the time due to scarcity/classism* which almost no one is exempt from but you deny this b/c it would make you, it would force you to admit that humanity s--ks a whole lot** if you don't only pin it to one construct of a group.

When it comes to 'testaments to human lonliness'..reaction videos.
" " my anxieties about judgement and bieng judged " "
For instance when I watched [ ] pondering about possible Pokemon population dynamics I did not expect this fellow* [ ] to have a reaction video to it. If you watch it, it's just a fellow introducing himself before starting and thinking/commenting out loud while watching it, pausing when he feels he has to.
..in a sense, I will admit for how 'it compensates for not having friends'--watching things where other ppl react to things you think you like and then winding up w/an arguable parasocial bond** thinking that you would get along w/them b/c what you have in common is something you like (a video).
The problem is how it's not like there is a rxn video to every video on Youtube and it's usually rxns to trending topics or major issues (ex.a political debate). In the latter 'hearing what you want to hear' is something maybe more sought after and which you need to be cautious of even if it's coming from Youtubers who are not quasi-celebs.

*I've watched him react to at least one other video..'_' Youtube sure has changed from the AMV's and Smosh of the late 00's and the prank videos of the early to mid 10's huh?.
I remind myself how it's still seen as fairly vapid 'new media' when ppl who were it'

(FouseyTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xEh2Gboi5RY ) and Lilly Singh (can't really remember of the one certain reviewer video I'm thinking of which isn't really too disparaging) are barely close to or in their 30's and yet if you don't know how to identify them you would think nothing of passing them on a sidewalk. ***The decline of Pewdiepie..=_= *sigh* will admit how the 'darker part of me' would like to see and hear from Swedish site members 'rag about' him..it would make for another benchmark in Youtube/new media culture.
