Hope you’re well? Like really well lol! Yeah okay enough with the eye rolls now! 🫠

Feels like it was only yesterday that you created your account on here, felt all the nerves while taking your first chat, not knowing how to change your status so you thought you had to be here all the time because people are constantly buzzing the chat and needing you, all the green lights, the very first time you had to deal with a crisis chat situation and how utterly helpless you felt not being able to do “enough” for the stranger across the screen, how you received your first ever “thank you for being here for me, this has helped a lot” from a member you talked with, how you ventured across the community ~ chatrooms, forums, more people in PMs, academy programs, uncountable leadership roles and teams and never-enough quotas, how you came here to “save a life” but instead so many people in countless different ways ended up reminding you why you’re here and re-filling your life with bright colours of compassion and hope and love and gratitude too! 

Feels like just yesterday but heyyyyy, we meet again 5 years later xD is it like a “big” “milestone”? I don’t even know xD when it’s other people celebrating theirs, it always feels like a big thing, like a major major event that should be documented and celebrated but eh you’re so use to (what’s the better word for” “not recognising your ‘achievements’” that you’d take it as another regular day but heyyyy, this is big, you’ve offered 5 years worth time, effort, energy, emotion here all so selflessly, not even once caring for any sort of reciprocation or recognition and this right here is my favourite part of it all~ not “seeking”, always “giving”, always “sharing”~ this right here is what makes you *you* and as much personally cringe you’re feeling right now writing this letter to self in a ‘public’ forum I think it’s incredibly brave and I hope you continue this every year on the 14th of June! It’s SunIsShiningAndSoAreYou’s Cupsversary hehe!

Ooh and I think I have “achieved” something, a lot actually! My forever favourite accomplishments - the wonderful people I’ve met here, every single time someone has checked on me, appreciated me, made me feel seen, heard and valued, welcomed me into this big space and made me feel home, eventually! 

There’s not enough thanks for all the love I’ve received here, it is soooo special how people I’ve not even met have made me felt cared for and brightened my day so very often! 

If you’re reading this, you’re likely one of them, so a biiiiig thank youuu to you for being a part of my journey! I’m so so grateful to share this space with you, and only wishing for all things love and light in abundance for each one of you! 🫂💖

Not sure how much I can share here right now, official notices are being awaited~ but I just wanted to document this moment, this feeling and create space for this memory here~ Peer Appreciation Program was, is and always will be super special to me and I’m not sure how is it going to be~ when things slow down and eventually, fade away~ *deep heavy sigh*
