🥲 I know this month isn’t as bad as last month, but I still feel so awful. I know I have been sh free for 3 months but as the days go by some are getting harder and harder not to go back to old habits, UnU I wish my nana was still around. ☹️ I miss her so much 😢 ever since she passed away my mental health was never the same, it got so bad and it’s better now but my depression is terrible.. some days I feel like I’m falling deeper into the hole of depression while climbing out at the same time. 😢 and here’s me complaining about headaches when I literally do nothing about them. 🥲 what I learnt from today is try not to laugh lots with a headache as it makes it worse. I’m also sad today ☹️ I graduate high school soon and lose a whole network of irl support ☹️ so sad

😖😖😖😖 I wanna scream really loudly and cry ugly at the same time.. everything about everything is literally making me feel so isolated and i have no friggen clue on where to go, who to turn to or even what to say.. I don’t even know if my head is still above water at this rate, the waves keep trying to push me under.. I’m beyond lost… with no voice to even ask for help.. the waves took that away 💔

Emo is in pain 🙁 and is scared about potentially blanking out while out and about again tonight (it happened last night I guess, I don't remember going out to the family dinner). How's soul. Also cold sucks I hate it. And it's only autumn here :/
@emotionalTalker2260 I'm sorry you're in pain. Blanking out like that is super scary. Do you think that's what's making you blank out? Is going out something you have to do? Could you maybe excuse yourself from it? If not - does grounding yourself help any? Would you be able to take something with like a small comfort item? With that though you have to be careful it doesn't trigger regression

I do not like the update, i hate it. Its making my brain melt and i dont know where to find much.. i dont like this, its awful.. and it looks boring like social media websites that are so outdated.. where do i even find my own threads, where do i find my friends? I hate this.. and i cant see how many notifications i have and some buttons are so small I struggle to even press them without zooming in.. AND IM ON AN IPAD! ☹️

And sure I'll have another meltdown and tell (this time) an admin about how much the new layout sucks because I doubt the founder will do anything about it xD

The chat rooms are holding onto conversations with the older messages button again. That makes a lot of people uncomfortable. But yeah some people will leave cups again 😞

I do not know what anything is anymore or if anything is real at all. Or if im anything or even a someone. Like I feel like every time i go into public people judge me, and automatically hate me for just existing, what if all my friends are pretending to like me because they feel bad. I wanna get out of this existential pit of questions and unidentifiable mood that feels like the world is burning while theres snow under my feet. I hate this. I *** HATE THIS. Its bs. And I just wanna feel something again.. anything.. i dont care if its sadness, anger, confusion, i just WANT to feel Something. So now im convinced im nothing because nothing feels real and I cant even eat much without feeling like im just wasting food by throwing it in my mouth. I’m disgusting for even being

I don't have any friends in rl so - Idk. But I'm going to say that they probably wouldn't want to hang out if they really were pretending. I mean - I bet deep down you know this but anxiety and depression seem to prey on thoughts like that. The sad thing is - when we feel nothing - we want to feel something. But when we feel - we feel everything and then we want to go back to feeling nothing again. We need to find a happy medium but Idk how

-hugs- yeah, Yeah ☹️ it do be like that, you either feel too much or too little and the balance feels so impossible to find ☹️ and I know I cant snap out of a mood like this very easily but I’m trying to make sense of it all and hope the next time its not so extreme where I have to hold back what I want to say so a landslide doesnt happen and things get worse :’)
@emotionalTalker2260 It do be like that too much. It's so hard to censor yourself. Sometimes it feels like if I don't say something my head will explode. Other times a crowbar wouldn't be able to pry the words out. And trying to make sense of feels like it's as impossible as finding that balance 😞

aww sorry to hear soul ☹️💖 -bigggg hugs- I had a massive day yesterday, went to the carnival and rode on the big rides (was pretty close to fainting on a few though) im still so tired
@emotionalTalker2260 Omgosh! That sounds like a big day! All that excitement and all that fun would tire you out. I bet your littles had a lot of fun too. If there was a lot of switching that can tire you out too and some seem to use more energy then others 😕

It was a big day. The littles didn't really go on any rides, although they wanted to go on the carisel horse thingy, and the tea cup ride. Oh wait there was the one that has seats up in the air, nothing really scary, they liked that one. I think one other part ended up doing the really scary rides, except for the ufo, I enjoyed that one, but I was left to myself when it came to a massive swing called "The Beast" holy *** *** that was so scary, so scary I couldn't even scream the whole time, I reckon I nearly fainted on that. We also watched the horsies do their show jumps. And looked at all the birdies too. There was a goose there. Omg, I want one haha. They shake their tail so cutely 🥺🥺🥺 I joined it too when it was flapping it's arms

Omgosh you mentioned a goose. We've been talking about getting some goslings. They're supposed to be really good guard animals. Guard geese lol 😂 We're just a little nervous about it because some geese can be mean 😬 I don't want to get my butt kicked everytime I'm outside lol But if they're young they imprint on the people that take care of them. Maybe I could get some eggs and hatch them

Yeah the beast is a no lmfao. And yes the ufo spins. It goes 100 kilometres per hour fast, which is so fast. I really enjoyed that ride, and I should've went on the carousel ☹️ oh well. Maybe another time. And oooooo baby geese. If you do get some, can we name one honk 😀

I joke woke up from a nap (because I don't even think I slept last night) and I'm shaking because it was a nightmare but I also got hypothermia in it. And people were chasing me trying to (TW) off me because I didn't go to a parallel universe and in the end I ended up at hospital thanks to a lovely volunteer organisation and I recognised many people in that dream, but why was principal Skinner from the Simpson's in there, beats me xD

Those nightmares where we get chased are so scary 😞 and waking up like that - does the shakiness stay with you for hours afterwards?
