Today for the first time in a while, on the way into work. Riding my Bike in ... It felt good.
The wind on my exposed neck felt nice and warm. Now mind you, it was 6am so it was dark.
But it felt really good.
Riding is like flying, it is the closest feeling to express.

Today is to be a busy busy day.
So far it hasn't been that bad. Puppy, Love my Puppy. He was testing me today when I let him out to go potty. Not new, he from time to time gets a kick out of pushing the boundaries.
Had to sit in traffic to get to work, which is new. Is this a sign that work is to be trialsome?
@Barltik2065 can relate to that line of thought but there is another perspective usually. Sitting in traffic may mean getting a few moments to mindfully prepare yourself for a productive day for example. Hoping yours is not a very rough one!

Tomorrow, not going to be fun. Puppy gets his Bordetella shot.
+90% people really doesn't bother me with shots or medical anything.
For some stupid reason, puppy put a monkey wrench into the works.

Interacting with people who ask really stupid questions, can be seriously taxing

Don't have time over the weekends to post or read.
Some times it is hard and the mind strays to "Who posted what? Did someone respond to a thread?"
But this weekend, between all the appointments, Church service on Sunday, then family demands.
You know the next few weekends are going to be really busy and one weekend the Grandkids will be here.

So sorry I missed writing yesterday. Didn't even know I did ... so How could I be sorry if I didn't know.

It is so easy to manipulate a situation and control the narrative.
I have noticed inside I want to talk about X but what comes out is Y. So who is manipulating who?
