So often, we try to live like we have endless fabric. We say yes to everyone. We take on too much. We push ourselves to be productive, cheerful, available — even when our inner cloth is frayed and thin. And then we wonder why we feel so exhausted and guilty. 😔

But here’s the compassionate truth: you don’t have to make a king sized coat from a handkerchief. You are allowed to be honest about your limits. Today, your cloth might be small — and that’s okay. Maybe you only have energy for one small task. Maybe you can’t show up for that event. Maybe you need to rest instead of perform. 🛌

That is not failure. That is wisdom. That is self care in its truest form: honoring the resources you actually have, not the ones you think you should have. 💚
