Hi everyone! Please read our update regarding the progress reports here.
We want to know what you are up to and how you are doing. So please post here every two weeks and answers these three questions:

It's been almost 3 weeks!
- What all have you completed so far?
Course 1, majority of course 2, and all of the elective I chose, the preventing burnout path!
- Where do you need support from us?
I'm doing good!

It has been nearly 2 weeks

Courses 1 and 2
Where do you need support from us?
I do not need support right now 😊

It has been about 2 weeks since I began on 05/08/23.
So far, i've completed course 1 and i'm on to Course 2.
So far, everything is going fine. I will reach out if I need extra support. Ty.

How many weeks it has been?
It has been almost 2 weeks. I completed the first course a few days early because I have classes starting next week and wanted to relax over my weekend.

What all have you completed so far?
I have completed all of the first course objectives, aced the quiz, submitted the end of trial form, and picked at least the area of leadership role I want to work my way into.

Where do you need support from us?
I realized today after reading about the 7cups culture that I need to reach out to the non-academy mentor who has already reached out to me. I need guidance on how to realize when I need to reach out and ask for help. Most of my immediate reaction is to push through and say "I've got this" before I bother someone in case I am being a wimp, or not putting enough effort in. Other than that, I am good so far. I am learning, slowly.

Hi! For me, I'm getting ready to start week 5 (very last day of week 4 for me). I've done Course 1 & 2, but have started on Course 3 material. I plan to work more on it today actually.
I think I'm good for now hopefully.

It has been almost 4 weeks now. I just completed Course 3. I will probably end up going back to do one of the exercises again because I didn't feel like I did it right but I think it was lack of focus. In a few days, I will go back and try again. I did contribute to all the discussions, though, with more than just "I couldn't focus". In the area of support, I think I have what I need. I plan on going to a check-in session tomorrow just to spend some time with others in Programs and those who have completed LDP. I am also applying to more leadership roles! I am excited.

You can certainly can finish early once you have all your requirements done. You can just submit the last step form when ready.
