I just finished and scored 10/10! I had always thought metrics were a dampener on proper, authentic engagement and communication, but this week taught me differently. I really enjoyed it! 😊

Chapter 5 is about establishing your identity and providing effective support for it. Chapter 6 is about monitoring and keeping tabs on your community. These chapters can be applied to 7cups in essence of knowing who you are and how you can be a better you to help members.
I really enjoyed these chapters, I've learned a lot. 😊
