@Hope, thanks once again
What were the main things you learned about yourself?
I learned that I'm a natural communicator and exploring new ideas. I realized that I’m very motivated by personal growth and often seek purpose in my work and relationships. I listened more than talking. I learned that I thrive in creative environments and also value and prioritize people's emotions and feelings . I also realized that I’m highly adaptable, which makes me good at thinking on my feet, l am very imaginative and creative when comes to writing . I also learned the importance of setting boundaries to keep myself from getting overwhelmed by taking on too much.
What are your strengths as per the test, and how can the strengths you identified on both tests help you in your personal life?
According to the test, my strengths include empathy, creativity, and adaptability. These strengths help me in my personal life by allowing me to build strong, meaningful relationships. My empathy enables me to understand others’ perspectives, which makes me a supportive friend. Creativity helps me solve problems in unique ways, which has been useful in both personal challenges and in brainstorming solutions for others. My adaptability means I can adjust to changes easily, which helps me handle unexpected situations .
Thanks @Hope ✨🙏🏽✨
✒️ What were the main things you learned about yourself?
I sort of knew this but I guess it was good to read that oriented toward short-term pleasures and rewards rather than long- term consequences…
✒️ What are your strengths as per the test and how can the strengths you identified on both tests help you in your personal life?
Friendliness, gregariousness, assertiveness, activity level, excitement-seeking, cheerfulness, openness to experience, imagination, artistic, emotionality, agreeableness, intellect, adventurousness… I feel that it is always good to know yourself better and realise what our strengths are so you can apply them every day -or try your best to do so, in all aspects: with yourself or with the people that surround you ✨
@ElenaDeMonaco
You have so many strengths Elena! This is great!
Thank you @VioletteB82 ✨🙏🏽✨
@Hope
✒️ What were the main things you learned about yourself? I still have a long way to go. Not happy with where I am in the results, but I am fully aware of where I am.
✒️ What are your strengths as per the test and how can the strengths you identified on both tests help you in your personal life? I enjoy seeing things in new ways. I believe this allows for growth and change in the areas I need improvement.
@VioletteB82
It's a shame that you're not happy with the overall results, but hopefully by posting it here you'll be able to look back on this and see how far you've come. It's important to remember that you still have plenty of strength to draw on that weren't necessarily picked up in these tests.
@JustLikeMellie
Good amount of self-awareness (:
This test and many others like it aren’t the most accurate, but it reminded me that I enjoy novel experiences and I learned I’m neither extremely forgiving nor irritable. A few strengths are openness to new experiences and enjoying solitude. Empathy, self-awareness, adaptability and being growth-oriented are all equally valuable traits and qualities in any area of life.
@EventHorizons
I agree, I expected to score much higher in the agreeableness, but I only scored in 69%. Though, apparently the Big 5 personality test is one of the more accurate personality assessments. I might consider taking the Big 5 on a different website and see if the results are any different.
✒️ What were the main things you learned about yourself?
From both of these tests I learned that my neuroticism is my dominant trait but it does not define me, I'm open to new ideas and always willing to learn and work on things.
✒️ What are your strengths as per the test and how can the strengths you identified on both tests help you in your personal life?
Despite high levels of stress, I am adaptable as well as considerate and insightful when it comes to helping others. I can use these strengths to continue to develop my listening skills, working on managing my own emotions in healthier ways to put me in a better position to help others.
@KellyBx
I also score pretty highly in neuroticism, but I think this is something I am coping better with as I grow older and learn more about myself. Additionally, I am also very open minded and I think this is a great asset in self growth.
✒️ What were the main things you learned about yourself?
The main things I learned was that I scored high in open-mindedness, low in conscientiousness, high in extraversion, middle-high in agreeableness, and high in negative emotionality.
✒️ What are your strengths as per the test and how can the strengths you identified on both tests help you in your personal life?
According to the test, my strengths are my extraversion and my open-mindedness. I think these help me in my personal life because they allow me to build connections and community with a wide variety of people.
I learned that I am not as open minded as I would like to be. I also learned that I am more of an introvert than I thought! I also learned about how negative and anxious I am in life. My strengths in the test agreeable and organized these can help me in my personal life by keeping me out of conflict and allowing me to keep my life clean.
@Hope Honestly I knew about this. It says I am creative openminded, optimistic, adaptable and interested in learning new things. My personality is kinda like this and I want help other in need.
