✒️ What were the main things you learned about yourself?
The main thing that I have learned about myself in the Big Five Personality Test was that my Negative Emotionality score was a little higher than expected as I have a 76 percentile on it which surprised me but I can understand why it's high as I'm near the end of my fall semester and I have to make sure that I study for my exams to receive good grades.
✒️ What are your strengths as per the test and how can the strengths you identified on both tests help you in your personal life?
Some of my strengths, when I took the test, were that I am a person who was well-organized and reliable which is reflected in my personal life as I always organize everything I do to make sure I've done everything on time and that I always try to be there for my friends when I can.
@Hope
What were the main things you learned about yourself?
I am negatively emotional. I am not flexible.
✒️ What are your strengths as per the test and how can the strengths you identified on both tests help you in your personal life?
Open-Mindedness: 48
Conscientiousness: 29
Extraversion: 4
Agreeableness: 19
Negative Emotionality: 92
The ability to be open minded helps me to stay peacefully with everyone in personal life.
@ItsMaisy
Oh my goodness I appreciate that I found someone that is also open-minded (94) , conscientiousness (88), Agreeableness (97), Negative Emotionality (23) and the difference is that my introversion/extroversion is 50/50 it really depends on who I am around.
@Hope
I learned I was open minded, conscientious, and extroverted; but, also less agreeable/calm.
My strengths are being open minded and conscientious. Career wise, being organized and meticulous helps me complete tasks on time as being open minded helps be unbiased/objective when listening to new ideas/ using different methods to solve challenging problems.
@Clairvoyantmercenary
We're the same, I'm a little more agreeable.
@Hope
What were the main things you learned about yourself?
I've learnt that I'm an introvert and I don't do well under stress which I have to learn how to handle it better.
✒️ What are your strengths as per the test and how can the strengths you identified on both tests help you in your personal life?
Creative, curious, Sympathetic, empathy and forgiving are my strengths. Which are very helpful for me in my life considering my career choice (in medicine field). These help me see the good in others and give them the respect they deserve.
@Hope
✒️ What were the main things you learned about yourself?
I love how it spells OCEAN because I love the ocean but I learned that even though I don't agree with people, I'm here because I love listening to people. And people should mature and accept that.
✒️ What are your strengths as per the test and how can the strengths you identified on both tests help you in your personal life?
I learned that I'm not as neurotic as I thought, I think my stubbornness on certain issues can help in my leadership.
@AnissafromJapan I agree with your point on stubbornness, I think it's all about the lens you view it through, to me it's sticking to your guns when you believe in something. I think that's a superpower! :)
@Hope
1 - I’ve learned that I’m empathetic, a good listener, and non-judgmental. I value creating a safe space for others and supporting their growth. I’m also resilient, adaptable, and open to learning, which helps me grow as a listener and will be key in leadership roles.
2 - My strengths, as per the tests, include empathy, active listening, and adaptability. These help me build strong relationships, handle conflicts calmly, and create a supportive environment. In my personal life, they allow me to connect with others deeply and offer meaningful guidance, which is vital for leadership growth.
@H4RIS
Hey! I read your answers and I think we're in the same boat.
I think if we maintain these qualities in our daily lives, it can help alot of people
✒️ What were the main things you learned about yourself?
I finally understand I am neither organized or disorganized. Which makes alot of sense for alot of factors in my life.
I need to work on emotional stressors.
✒️ What are your strengths as per the test and how can the strengths you identified on both tests help you in your personal life?
I have known for sometime about the creative and empathic traits of myself. I think it would help me get along with people and create positive relationships with them.
Open mindedness 97%
Consciousness 76%
Agreeableness 27%
Extroversion 34%
Neuroticism 89%
I knew I was open-minded, but seeing it laid out was really eye opening for me. I was surprised by how low my agreeableness is, but I do agree I'm quite assertive as per the test, and with the job I currently do I definitely rely on that.
@Hope
✒️ What were the main things you learned about yourself?
My results balance nervousness and calmness, showing that I manage stress without being overly affected. I’m just navigating life as it comes.
✒️ What are your strengths as per the test and how can the strengths you identified on both tests help you in your personal life?
My strengths:
- Open-Mindedness: Prefer stability, somewhat conventional.
- Conscientiousness: Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Extraversion: Enjoy both socializing and solitude.
- Agreeableness: Empathetic and value harmonious relationships.
- Negative Emotionality: Occasionally anxious but handle stress well.
These traits guide me in managing challenges, maintaining strong relationships, and staying organized. By understanding my personality, I can improve my areas of weakness and continue growing in all aspects of life.

Thank you for sharing, I hope you succeed in your journey of improvement
- I noticed that my big 5 are: Open-minded, Conscientiousness, Introverted around large crowds and extraverted around those I consider friends, Agreeable and Calm/Relaxed. This really shocked me because as someone that has Autism/Adhd/PTSD and other things seeing myself as these things makes me smile both internally/externally.
- I noticed that my strengths also coincide with what I did at church today. We took a spirituality gifts quiz and my top 3 is Wisdom, Discernment and Exhortation. Which literally explains the big 5 but in a spiritual way. Wow the more you know, I feel this will help me be my own leader better, and help me achieve my goals.
